Do not book do not trust so not was money on this
To be honest this has been the worst experience of my life. Never have I been treated so poorly after paying a lot of money on my stay. I regret that I ever booked.
It started at check in I turned up just to find out there were no keys as instructed, then checked my email and saw that apparently there was a security breach and my booking was cancelled just like that I was left without accomodation for my 4 day stay. Then I had to call hotels.com a miracle they found a place still no keys. Someone was cleaning room.
Eventually 2 hours later it was ready just to find out no access past front door or to garage, eventually followed someone through dooor and guess what dirty accomodation. NOT CLEAN.
Then through the stay same story no access tried to get help and help was so poor to come by the owner did not answer for my cries of help when I was left locked outside for 2 hours just to find someone else had same dramas I did. Place is dodgy and stear clear they advertise on multiple sites and give to highest bidder don’t care if you are homeless for your holiday or not. I had a 4 year old and a 7month ... thanks a lot you heartless people. Never again!
