The room is cleaned daily and is located in the city centre ,but the second floor bedroom faces the street and is extremely noisy at night. The noise persists almost every day until around 2a.m., making it very difficult to sleep. i spoke to reception about changing rooms, but was told that other rooms facing the street are also noisy, implying that the room environment is the same throughout .

Clean and spacious apartments. We stay 2 night with baby/todler.. plenty of room for the pram and for him to crawl around. Close to shop, dining and easy access to public transport..

This is our go to wverytime we want to stay in the cbd, its close to everything, from food, shopping, transport as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful! Have also convinced my friends and fam to stay here and they weren't disappointed. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, has a lot of space.

Very good in the middle of the City.

You can't beat the location, close to everything you could need, free tram, sky bus, footy, food, etc. The room was a bit tired, carpet had some blemishes but extremely comfortable, loved the couch and the den, plenty of space. TV is very limited, would have been good to have access to foxtel.

The room had no balcony when i paid for 2 beds and bathroom. No washing machine or dryer in the room with an inconvenient process to go to a different level to wash your cloth and a different level to get the washing powder. You cant buzz guests to come to your apartment eventhough you have an intercome but instead they have to wait for you at level 1 which is inconvenient. The only good thing is the location. You also hear guests on the higher level jumping and playing
