The Neighborhood: Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated at the corner of Spencer and Lonsdale St, just a few steps to the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.
Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around: Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated right next to the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop right outside the main entrance on Spencer Street.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, you may park at the paid public car park at the Southern Cross station. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
Other Things to Note: A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.
If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.
This pad accommodates 2 adults comfortably but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 2 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a queen.

The room and location were fine. It’s a white box in a very generic highrise; it’s not cute or charming, but it’s a decent, clean place to sleep. The problem has to do with the owner and their communication. The place was clearly advertised as providing a bed and a sofabed. I was traveling with my 20-year-old son. We obviously did not want to share a bed together and we obviously needed separate keys, so that we can go in and out separately. I think most readers would agree that it is standard for paying adult guests at hotels and airbnbs to all get keys.Not so here; the owner refused to provide two keys. They also refused to provide a sheet for the sofabed. See attached screenshot. Translation of their words: We are lazy, cheap, and stubborn.

A nice apartment to stay
My sons and I enjoyed the apartment for we stay 39 days.The aprt was near to station and foods were just around the corner. However, it will be helpfull if there was basic microwave and mailbox key to check my letters.I'll consider the place for my next visit
Great location right opposite Southern Cross station and Coles supermarket with plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
Our stay was for a week and for work. Accommodation is extremely clean and well presented with fantastic building amenities.
A couple of minor negatives; no tea/coffee supplied as advertised in the description, only 1 set of keys given (me and hubby finish work at different times and the door doesn’t lock without the keys). TV not connected to an antenna, you have to download apps and log in to watch limited channels. Contacted the owners via SMS (as instructed) but never got a response.
