The location was exceptional, situated directly on the ocean. During our stay, the weather was favorable, enabling the boys to engage in fishing activities. However, we would appreciate it if the unit could be more updated.

The property is truly an enchanted paradise. The hosts are very special people who truly care about their guests, and are very accomodating. My puppy and I enjoyed ourselves very much and will never forget our very special stay!

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed a great, relaxing Memorial Day weekend here! It could use a little updating but it was clean, the AC worked great and it had everything we needed! It is right on a very quiet stretch of beach which was awesome!

Beautiful views!

Comfortable beds, clean and well appointed apartment. The location is stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this little gem and we will definitely come back to stay longer!

The property is exactly as described.

Beautiful views! Lovely beach!

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the beach and surf. We also watched a Space X launch right from the gazebo! The owners were quick to respond to any of our needs! Highly recommend this property!

Quiet, uncrowded beach + turtle watching heaven

Perfect location if you want to get away from the crowds. Clean, well-maintained beach cottage and the hosts are friendly and helpful. And did I mention that from June-August you’ll see a lot of nesting sea turtles? Well worth the stay!

Great place and location

We love the location, practically the whole beach for us! Meaning a mile of beach! The house was very cozy, clean, well prepared and with almost everything you’ll need at the beach! Not a luxury house, but great for a couple like us and our frenchie looking for a great place to relax!

Absolutely wonderful

Lovely place to stay! Beach is amazing and super quiet. We loved it and will be back as soon as we are able. Very close to a Publix which was nice. But the best part was the beach it was so so quiet and so many wonderful turtle nests it was so awesome to see everything and enjoy the peace.

Great location and accomodations

Joe and Marlene were great hosts. Very responsive and accommodating. The location is beautiful and yes it's true that the beach is like having your own private beach. They have provided everything you could possibly need. We would return.

Cozy, rustic beachfront stay

Location, location, location! This property is in a beautiful spot right on the beach with few other people sharing the sand. The kitchen is nicely outfitted and the inclusion of beach towels, chairs, and umbrella is a huge plus. Thanks for a fun stay!

Fishing trip

Very cute and comfortable condo on the beach. Has everything you need to feel at home. Very short drive to Sebastian inlet where my husband an father in law caught lots of different fish. Thankful for a relaxing getaway.

Great Beach Vacation

Clean. Well stocked. Quiet. Family friendly. Truly on the beach. Wifi worked very well. Very convenient to Publix and several restaurants. Definitely would like to come back.

Comfortable and Cozy

Wonderful direct oceanfront location on Melbourne Beach. Owners were very helpful and responsive. The beach is quiet and secluded with miles of walking in either direction. It was a great surprise to see two right whales and dolphins just offshore. Right whales are endangered, so it was a rare treat to see them breaching only 400 feet away! Thank you for a memorable stay, Marlene and Joe!

Excellent beach cottage

We had a great time at Melbourne Beach and the beach cottage was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You basically have a private beach with only a few people on the beach at any time. This is a great place to see Sea Turtles nesting, viewing of lots of other sea animals and fishing. There is also a grocery store down the street and several restaurants. If you want a laid back place to relax this is the place! We will definitely be back.
