Checked all the boxes!!

The private pool—with the option to be heated—was awesome! The house was beautiful, spotless, and stocked with every amenity you could need. We also had access to the community pool and hot tub, and it was just a short walk to a private beach entrance—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We called the management team about the TV reception, and they promptly sent a technician, though it turned out everything was working fine. Both the management team and the technician were incredibly helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Florida Family Vacation

This is one of the best places we have stayed since we started the Florida vacations! All staff were friendly and welcoming. We have been touring all over Florida for the last ten years and this was exclusively one of the best places to stay!

Awesome stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this place, and we were especially blown away by the breathtaking sunset views from the living room. It was truly one of the standout moments of our time there. Additionally, Villatel team communication was exceptional, as he consistently provided clear and timely responses.

Great house!

The house was as advertised and a great stay in general. Clean, great kitchen and good common areas. The two things that brings the rating down for us is 1. We had to sign a Villatel rental agreement, that had terms that was not align with the terms given on Vrbo. After some communications back and forth, we recieved information from Villatel that the terms stated on Vrbo was correct and overruled the ones stated in the rental agreement. 2. We had issues with a really annoying sound from the pool pump from the house next door. Since this was not fixed it basically prevented us to use the backside of the house for any longer period of time. We also reported issues with the display of the basketball game. This was not fixed during our stay, since they had to order replacement electronics. (I noticed today that the display of the game showing the same issue in the Vrbo images.)

Great for groups

The space is perfectly designed for spending time together (large dining table, large sectional, lots of pool seating) as well as having some privacy (plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms). The castle-themed bunk bed could probably sleep six kids comfortably. The house was very clean. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. Perhaps there are plans to expand some of the amenities in the future, but we would have very much appreciated a set of beach chairs/umbrellas and kids’ sand toys. Villatel did arrange for us to rent these items but it was rather expensive. The only disappointment of our stay was an unpleasant encounter we had with a neighbor in the adjacent development. The neighbor yelled at us over our fence to take our child inside, that she was “sick of hearing her,” that we need to “learn to parent our child” and that we “don’t live here.” The be fair, our child was crying. She is a preschooler and she accidentally dropped her dress in the pool. Most people would be more forgiving and understanding but it is clear that there is some strong resentment about the new development, especially that there are rental units that cater to families. We then witnessed another neighbor yelling similar comments over the fence to a family a couple of units down when their infant was crying in the back yard. We all felt very sad for these neighbors; that they are so clearly upset and resentful, but it was also hurtful and soured our experience quite a bit.

Nice and near to beach

We had an unforgettable family vacation at this wonderful accommodation. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly cozy. We had ample space for our large group to hang out and socialize. Everyone loved theater, pool and karaoke room.
