The lobby was small and unimpressive. The room was lovely and had excellent toiletries. The breakfast was disappointing. Lots of variety which gives the impression it is plentiful. However the meat pastries were refrigerator cold. No fresh juices, quantity, no quality. Rooms were clean. Staff lovely

Nice sized bathroom but the bedroom was extremely cramped. Also the duvet was far too warm and pillows excessively large. Didn't get even 1 night of good sleep. Toilet flush didn't work and half the time poops were floating around. Ewwww. Towel rail and toilet seat was lose. Toilet seat was not even soft close. Lobby didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Staff are very helpful and accommodating but didn't bother raising all these issues. Food was excellent. 5 star food but physical hotel itself was more like a 20 year old 3 or 4 star. Some finishings and furniture were quite worn out and old looking.
