All the receptionist are very kind and friendly. They granted me late check out with ease. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I missed one young staff when l was checking l wanted to give him a gift but l didn’t find him and l don’t know his name. May Allah (swt) bless all of the them. Hotel not too far to Haram. Thank you
