Entire stay start to finish was plagued with problems and in 11 days I never saw a manager even once. I asked to speak with a manager repeatedly, literally every day for more than 5 days, yet I was always given excuses and never had a chance to discuss all the problems caused by staff at the hotel. I would never stay there again, and the nightmare check-out experience will haunt me for a long time. The hotel thought I owed them some money, so three male staff members ganged up on me. Despite knowing that I urgently needed to leave in order to get an Uber to the bus station in time to catch the shuttle to the airport, the staff members did everything possible to ensure that I would miss my flight. Two staff members even jumped at my Uber driver and harassed him until he agreed to drive off without me so that I would be stuck there while they continued to embarrass me and create a huge scene. The hotel is on a completely dead street with nobody walking around or shops or anything, but by some miracle, an empty taxi drove by and I quickly got in. Again, the staff harassed the taxi driver and told him that he could get in trouble with the police if he gave me a ride because they wanted more money from me first. So the taxi driver tossed me out. After another verbal confrontation, I was forced to walk 6 minutes down a very steep hill with 27 kg of luggage until I could find another taxi to the bus station. I was so scared that I would miss my flight due to all this nonsense!

Close to Calle 10 and the provenza area restaurants, but far enough from them to avoid the grit of Parque Lleras and the noise. Lovely staff. Breakfast was OK. Good room, was fortunately to have a lovely mountain view. Would return.

My stay at Lomas 10 was impecable. I even checked in before the normal check in time. The room was clean, comfortable, the facilities look brand new. Hotel staff was very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was good; not so big but very complete in options. It is near to many attraction points and zona rosa however it is in very quiet location. I would definitely go back to that hotel while in Medellin.

great hotel for a great value
