We stayed for a weekend getaway and enjoy the hotel very much. It's clean, quiet, and a very comfortable stay. We had a room with a queen size bed which was very comfortable to sleep on and wake up rest in the next day. We will come back again soon.
Staff at front desk , one particular girl was super rude and lacks hospitality touch
Close to Laureles and many good restaurants, pharmacies and two good markets. It’s within easy walking distance there as well as to Unicentro shopping center. My shower had a leak into the wall separating the bathroom and bedroom. Mold was growing on the wall and water was seeping onto the floor. I mentioned it to the clerk, in Spanish, at checkout and she seemed unconcerned.
Small room conditions and dirty rooms. Staff was very rude and I would not recommend a soul to go there!
