Clean and comfortable room. All staff were amazing and incredibly friendly. Great location, felt super safe in the hotel with the fob access elevator. The only con is that I wish there was a bit more storage for wardrobe. Most rooms don't have an space for hanging clothes and limited drawers. Loved the shared terrace on the 7th floor with beautiful city views and lounge space.

Stayed at this hotel in Provenza, Medellín and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of all the restaurants and bars, yet still felt completely safe. Staff were great at this hotel. They were helpful and very respectful. Most of the communication could be made over WhatsApp. Andres helped us get a driver to transport our luggage to our destination. The location of the hotel is very convenient. One downfall was we saw a little cockroach in the room and the walls are pretty thin.
