Raffle is the best but management is worst from reception to manger they are theif they charge me extra for nothing from room upgrade to checkout they upgrade me upon arrival charge $300 but no upgrade they tried to get more money on their own pocket and at check out they charge me $100 for municipal fee which I already paid worse management and reception.
