First of all the house didn’t have any air conditioners that could fulfill the unit. When we call the host, he returned our call an hour later and said accidentally The switch was turned on to heat therefore after a long trip during the Grand Canyon, my family and I came home to a sauna. these foosball, which was the main focal of your property was broken. there were broken up and blinds everywhere . no directions and whatsoever for house rules and how or what to expect when we leave so we just assumed we would do the courteous thing and put everything away as it was.. can someone contact me please for a refund?
