Cozy cottage with bunkie that’s minutes to Bear Lake and ATV trails.

If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, this is your little piece of paradise. Our property is 5 minutes to Bear Lake for fishing and 3 minutes to the ATV trails. This is a modest, but cozy and clean, 4 season cottage with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, a full washroom and small laundry room. There is also a heated bunkie with 2 bunk beds (double bed on bottom and single bed on top). The bunkie also has a futon couch, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. There is a 2 piece washroom beside the bunkie. There is a large fire pit and a gazebo with a patio table. There is a covered front porch with a propane bbq and a side deck that gets lots of sunshine. All dishes, pots and pans are supplied, and so are towels, but you’ll need to bring your own bedding (sheets, comforter and pillows)There is a variety store and gas station in Sprucedale (about a 20 minute drive) that will have most groceries and toiletries you need if you forget to bring anything. You can take your ATV right to the store as the trail leads right to it. There is ample parking for your truck and trailers as well. If you do bring your dog, please note that they must be leashed when outside. This truly is a little piece of outdoor paradise. We hope you’ll decide to stay and see it for yourself. The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.
