Welcome to Top of the Slopes, your dream ski vacation home perfectly situated right on Chairlift #4 for unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access! This spacious and well-appointed four-bedroom retreat is the perfect getaway for family and friends. Enjoy cozy evenings by the wood-burning fireplace, with all wood provided, or unwind after a day on the slopes in your private hot tub with breathtaking mountain views. The home features a main-level bedroom for easy accessibility, while the second floor boasts three additional spacious bedrooms, offering privacy and comfort for everyone. The cozy living area is perfect for relaxing or gathering around the fire, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals or firing up the grill on the deck. Whether you're here for skiing, snowboarding, or simply to enjoy the stunning mountain surroundings, Top of the Slopes offers everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay. ​​​​ This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). Max. parking spaces: 5 (3 in driveway and 2 in overflow area)

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
