This spacious and well-appointed four-bedroom retreat is the perfect getaway for family and friends. Located in a gated community, this home features a main-level bedroom for easy accessibility, while the second floor boasts three additional spacious bedrooms, offering privacy and comfort for everyone. The cozy living area is perfect for relaxing or gathering around the fire, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals or firing up the grill on the deck. Whether you're here for skiing, snowboarding, or simply to enjoy the stunning mountain surroundings, Top of the Slopes offers everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: *This home's kitchen is equipped with a standard and k-cup style coffee pot. *Max parking spaces for this home is 3 in driveway + 2 in overflow lot; Garage access is NOT available *This home does not have cable tv (streaming is available using your own account) *This is a non-smoking/vaping property *Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am. *Minimum age to rent is 25.
WHAT TO BRING: Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.
WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

We travel nearly annually to Deep Creek Lake and love the location of this home. The hiking from our door is perfect, as are the amenities of hot tub, community fire pit and more. The home was comfortable and a good fit for our party (4 adults adults and 3 kids). There were enough room at the table for everyone to eat together. However, there were several minor maintenance issues, that when taken as a whole, impacted the comfort of our stay. I reported these to Prime Vacation Rentals (the host) and hope they will be addressed for future visitors.

This is a beautiful property, but it is in desperate need of a deep clean and replacement of some critical items. Some of the mattresses have awful stains. The kitchen cabinets are sticky and dirty. Opening the cabinets, there is a ln odor because there are dirty dishes/cookware. There was something in the grill that caught fire upon lighting, perhaps part of a grilling tool.
