They sent everything by e-mail, key code, gate code. No staff interaction at all. So make sure you read your emails. This was our first time staying here and we loved it, lots of room, beautiful view of the lake and slopes. Everything nice and clean, weel equipped kitchen. The pool is really close, you can just walk to it.
