Even though there was construction the hotel was very clean and the staff was so nice.
They're doing a much needed renovation but know that it's under construction now. It is bare bones and could be cleaner. The desk help was very nice. The breakfast bag for these COVID times was ridiculous! I threw mine out. 2 cheap cereal bars and a banana. (We had just stayed at a Springhill Suites for the same price and gotten a sausage biscuit, yogurt, juice and fruit.). In short, this hotel is the least of everything...one step above a red roof inn, just barely.
The hotel bed was comfortable, other than that nothing was outstanding about the room. The furniture was outdated and our room had an unpleasant odor. There was actually a dryer sheet shoved into the heating vent on the wall so it appears someone had previously tried to cover up the smell.
the hotel's computer system was down and had been for two days when I arrived. I had to get my keys redone to get back in my room. Staff handled the situation very professionally, and there were no other problems with the stay.
Great location for where we needed to be and close to shopping, restaurants, etc... Great staff, and very clean! Hampton is always a good choice! Breakfast was fresh and good, plenty of offerings, and well stocked. Overall a great experience!
Very clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, hot and cold breakfast, and free wifi.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast in the morning. Great coffee and tea available all day. Nice pool and the temp in the pool area was nice and cozy warm.

We stayed in this hotel and it was very nice, however I would expect more for the price. The selection of tea and coffee in the lobby was nice, and the front desk employee was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed.

This hotel was a pleasant stay and it was a great location for water activities on the Chain O Lakes. There was plenty of nice restaurants close by.
