My husband and I woke up to either bed bug, flea, or tick bites all over our bodies. The electricity went out at about 4AM which shut off our air conditioning. That caused me wake up and couldn't go back to sleep. Then car alarms were going off in our parking lot outside. I brought up our concerns with the front desk clerk. All he said is, "I'll be sure to report the room for bugs." I expected an apology. We've stayed at other Hampton hotels. This one was not our favorite.

Just a great place for a lot of reasons. A couple good restaurants basically in the parking lot, freeway ramps right there. Wonderful staff. I had to hole up and do some work and it was ideal.
