The Complementary breakfast was very good. The staff of the hotel was very kind and very helpful. I liked the separate adult pool. The beds were a little harder than I am used to but I slept really well on them.

Great hotel with good breakfast, lovely pool (one was closed but it looked great too), very clean and spacious room with beautiful bathroom. Close to beach, transit, main road, lots of restaurants and stores and the amazing Malecon. Would recommend this hotel to anyone new to Mazatlán.

Booked on Orbitz, advertised as having roof top terrace with pool, restaurant, bar and cable TV. The terrace was closed and we were told it would be being remodeled for a month. Bar and restaurant were both closed. Cable TV had one channel that was in English and it was horror films. Contacted Orbitz and they refused to deal with us through email. Our cell carrier does not have service there so we had no option excerpt to stay. We would recommend this hotel if they opened the bar and restaurant, you could not even get a bottle of water or a soda there, you needed to walk to the store. Internet was good, so if you want TV you have other options like Netflix which is what we used. We would recommend the hotel more than we would recommend Orbitz.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the location close to the beach and breakfast was amazing.

Nothing worked in our room. The shower was luke warm. The radio had no power cord. The room key constantly demagnetized all day, So we had to have them be reset 3-4 times a day. The room was extremely noisy in the morning and we could not get moved to another room. Staff didn't seem to care. The night staff was extremely rude. The first night we stayed they asked us to pay to register one of our friends we brought back to the hotel to give gifts too. (15 minute stay) Then after we had the hotel manager come and claim we had more people than we had registered in the room and called us liars and cheats before he verified he was accurate. (we had all of the exact registrants there and had broken no rules) I travel to this area around 5 times a year and this hotel visit was by far the worst experience I have had ever traveling not only there but anywhere. I will never even consider staying here again even if it were free of charge.

My husband & I stood here for just one night because we already had reservations to stay at another resort, we just needed somewhere to stay for a night. It was great! The staff is super friendly and helpful when we asked for their restaurant recommendations in the area. The room was very nice and clean. My favorite feature was their complimentary wi-fi. The area where it is located is a safe, commercial area. Lots of stores and restaurants and plenty of people walking around. The ONLY thing I disliked was that the pool water was way too warm. With the humidity in Mexico, I wish the pool water would have been a little cooler. But next time we go to Mazatlan we will be staying here instead of the resort we stood at for a whole week.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. The only problem I had was a dog from an adjacent business barking all night long. Nice location, close to everything. Bed was a bid hard, but slept with no problem.

It was a great hotel, so clean, everyone was so friendly. It was just great.

Great hotel but my husband found the bed too hard, I on the other hand had a great sleep... the restaurant it owns next door Las Lupita is amazing, best Tortilla soup I've had thru out Mexico..wifi in the room..we would go back

It was a business trip and I enjoyed to have some rest.

This newly remodeled hotel has a great location. Everything you need is within walking distance; including the beach, "golfcart" taxis, restaurants, etc. The beds were just a little too small for me and my wife's height. Good internet access and the pool offered great food.
