Emporio Mazatlan

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The Emporio Mazatlan is centrally located for all attractions, the best feature of this hotel to be sure. The rooms are very outdated, the faucet in the bathroom was broken and we had ants. Hotel employees were friendly and accommodating, restaurant service was slow.

Love it had fun must come back clean rooms people are nice

Bonito patio y albercas. Le faltan elevadores y que estén más grandes porque están pequeñísimos. Carece de una buena playa.

Did not like it hotel room had water on the floor n the air conditioning has licking water

The service of the overall Hotel was great specially the front desk Billy & Pedro.

Nice hotel there locations is just perfect walking distance to all most everything.

If you are up to walking within the "golden zone" and the "malecon", this hotel is just about right. Parking spots are limited but that's OK.

I was only in Mazatlan for 1 day so the location of this hotel was brilliant, right in the Golden Zone, directly on the beach and about 20 mins away from airport. The hotel is undergoing much needed exterior renovations so I am sure upon completion it will be far more updated. I was staying on a ground level room by the pool which had no barrier or fence so people were walking past my room all night, theres no sound proofing in this hotel so it was extremely loud as well. A little pricey for what was offered.

Since is not that expensive, you get what you paid. It is clean, but there's a lot of damage in the room (shower didn't closed, faucet didn't close properly, keylock didnt lock) The pool was nice even though it was warm, the beach as well.

So nice hotel mi mazatlan máy be the best one, o recomendad it.

Great location near by everything. Restaurants,Clubs,Stores. With a beautiful ocean view, totally recommend stay here!

Hotel minimalista Excelente playa El restaurante tiene un buffet desayuno muy bueno

the hotel was ok. at first we have issues with the first room they gave us ... the AC did not work and the safety box also. They change us from one room to another that was a better but the fridge did not work the AC and safety box were functional. the bed was really a trip excellent to rest.... now the shower is the real trip ... you have to shower in times 1 super hot 2 mild 3 cold and again .... beside this the location is awesome next to island party and the beach is really good the pools also are goood and the restaurant is awesome

It was very relaxing! The only problem was that I went with a broke foot limiting our activities. The staff were wonderful . (especially the bellboys). The only complaint were the handicap ramps. They were way too steep and rather scary to use. Good thing they had an elevator. Other than that my daughter and I had a nice relaxing Short Trip,

Beautifully renovated property..very contemporary..hotel looks just like the website photos. Good food and good drinks..very nice value. The problem with this property is the location...too much violence in the area and police patrolling with machine guns were unnerving. It's very sad b/c this was a beautiful property..will not stay there again until the crime issues are resolved.

Smooth stay! Hotel always very clean, not enough parking spots. Overall good stay!

It was great. The staff was the best, very courteous and respectful. All the rooms have a wonderful view of the pacific and a private bacony. The hotel restaurant was delicious and on fridays they have a fresh seafood buffet for about $12 a great deal. They fresh shirmp cocktails, ceviches, grilled and fried shrimp among alot of other things. It is a great hotel very clean and nice hotel. And the best thing that it is located at he entrance od the Zona Dorada and on the other side the malecon (boardwalk)starts.

To start awesome views of the beach. Every room has its own balcony overlooking the pacific ocean and their 3 pools. The rooms were really nice, there beds were great with lots of pillows. All the rooms have LCD tv's and ipod dock radio alarm clock. The staff was really polite, helpful, and courteous. The location is great. The hotel is located at the beganning of the golden zone and a block away the "Malecon"(pier). It stretches a long way. I definately recomend this Hotel as one of the best for the price. The food at their restaurant was also really good.I got the breakfast buffet for free with my reservation and it was really good. I also tried there seafood buffet on friday and it was also delicious plus on fridays it is 2 for 1 beer. Dont go looking no where else.

Food is good not outstanding. All are very polite, but prices are high for Mexico & the service is just OK. The cleanliness is fantastic. Pillows are horrid, beds are OK. This is good for partyers who want to be close to nightclubs!

Spent most of my time at the beach. Shopping was great and nightlife was excellent and with in walking distance.
