Spend several hours waiting to get my room. Poor customer service from front desk.
It was a convenient location but the building was older and needed some updates in the room as well as outside. Of all the issues we were experiencing, one of the main things that was important for the time of year we were staying there (cold winter) was the heat did not work properly. This made the room very unfit to sleep in. We talked with the front desk asking for help/another room but received no help there. We ended up running to the closest store open to buy a heater to run for the night.
While this is an older property, there have been updates. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
I wasn't really expecting a whole lot from a one star hotel...and I got exactly what I was expecting. The floor felt damp. The towels were stained. The air conditioner squeaked. But there weren't any bugs and the shower had hot water, so it was perfectly fine for me to spend one night.
Not a convenient location in town. Hotel staff seemed clueless about what they were doing, no cleaning happened. Don't count on their breakfast for a good start. Disappointing compared to other Red Roof Inns we have stayed in.
Best hotel for the price. Was very happy with the room, very clean, beds were firm yet pillow like and bathroom was clean! Very pleasant atmosphere and quiet!

Thank you so much for the time you took to provide us with feedback, as we are always striving to improve. I am so sorry that you received poor customer service. We only have one front desk employee and the manager so it can be difficult to juggle everything required of one person. Unfortunately it is slow season so hopefully next time you come to town, if you will provide us the opportunity to give you a better experience and more comfortable stay, maybe we will be in a busier season with more employees to run things smoother.
