We have stayed here several times. It's clean and quiet. The breakfast is good.

The staff was very courteous, available, and helpful. The room was spotless. The lock mechanism on the door to the room was broken, so the key card wouldn't work. We had to be let into our room each time by a member of the staff. Hotel was completely booked so no other options to switch rooms

We arrived late, so thankfully, check-in was quick and painless. Front desk employee was friendly and helpful. Room was ok, though we found a really ugly spider almost as soon as we entered and it got away, which left one of us feeling a little edgy for the rest of the night. Room was generally clean, but the bathroom mirror was terribly cleaned...smeared and difficult to use. No way the cleaning staff didn't see that! Additionally, in the AM, the cleaning staff knocked pretty early to clean, and I advised that we were still in the room. A little later, they came back to clean and attempted to enter the room without knocking. We were still in the room and getting dressed to go. I was pretty much in shock and yelled, but certainly that's a practice that needs changed!! Breakfast was fine. Eggs were better than at most hotels that offer a free breakfast and the attendant was quick to replenish/clean. Think it's overpriced for what you get, as most hotels are, for just an ok experience.
Finally was able to meet in person four of my Grandkids in which I have never seen before in person. It was an amazing to be able to see them! I will be coming back real and I will be staying at the Best Western.
Got a decent deal per night for a room. Was not disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room and of course the location
I stayed here when I visited to run in the Murray Half Marathon. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! Clean room with comfortable beds and great staff.
The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and organized. Everything worked well. The complementary breakfast was delicious. More than expected. Location is close to businesses, shopping, and a park. We stayed two days but I could have stayed longer.
The location was perfect - near the university. Any free time was spent at the pool. Enjoyed our breakfast - loved the waffle maker.

Booked two rooms. Both non-smoking rooms. Requested two rooms to be located near each other. Rooms were in different buildings of the hotel. One room was a smoker and had we had to be moved. Got locked out of the room when the electronic door lock failed. We got King rooms that were clean and decent sized. As long as you don't expect much, you won't be disappointed. Three star rating is very optimistic.
It was fine. I didn't realize the doors would be open to the outside. I didn't see anything on the website that indicated that. So I was a little disappointed in that. The bathroom was clean, so that was good.
I had rented a room for 2 nights. I ordered a smoking room with 1 king size bed. We were put in a room on the second floor, upon entering the bed was not made and furniture was on top of the bed. We called the desk and was told to come back around and we would be given a room on first floor. We carried all are luggage back down and loaded in car. We were then given a non smoking room, which was dirty. We will never stay there again.
We went to Murray for family reasons; unfortunately, it was Murray's graduation week and it was difficult booking a room. The room at the Best Western was in need of repair, dirty, and uncomfortable. None of our requests for an extra pillow, or an extra towel, were granted. You could tell that the person who owned and operated this particular Best Western did not have a sense of pride about his hotel.
My wife and I visited my daughter and her family over the Thanksgiving Holidays. The room was nice and clean but did need better lighting. Overall though the room was very good for the price. It compared very well with the other hotels that we have stayed in that area.
While the hotel was very convenient to our destination (Murray State University) our room was not up to par. Although the bathroom looked clean, the rest of the room needed some attention. It was adequet, but not something I would recommend. The "continental breakfast" was very poorly stocked.
