Beware mice and spiders

I had no direct contact with the homeowner. Evolve manages the property but they are no help answering specific property questions . The guest contact I was given was for the cleaning lady of the property … There is no A/C !! That is listed in the description of this property but to me it’s easily missed. BEWARE MICE !!! Mice could be heard in the walls . There were mouse droppings on the kitchen counter and on the ground by the stove. Even after we cleaned this it was back again the next morning . Very traumatic incident during breakfast together when a mouse crawled out of one crevice climbed up the wall in the kitchen and entered into another crevice!! We packed lots of grill food and the propane grill was rusted out and completely unusable . Yes it’s an old house but the amount of spiders,webs, and spider eggs was unsettling. The location was great and I did receive a 200$ partial refund because of the above experience.
