Located in Mauldin, this house is a dream. With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers for convenience. AC, WiFi, and a washing machine are just a few of the excellent amenities available. This renovated home has central HVAC controlled via smart thermostat, LED lighting throughout the house, high-speed WiFi, and multiple TVs for everyone. In the backyard, we built a patio deck with a ramp in case you need a step free entrance to the house.
PLEASE NOTE: This property has a finished basement unit that may be habited during your stay. This unit has its own entrance and driveway that is separate from the main house. Access between both units is blocked by two doors that are locked for everyone’s safety. In addition, in the back there is garage that can only be used by us as the hosts.

Beautiful home we were very comfortable! Very clean and nice and open and airy. Perfect for families snd friends! The beds and sofas were very comfortable!!! The only thing missing was seating outdoors. There are benches but it rained all weekend so everything was soaked. I highly recommend this house!!!

Clean and Comfortable home away from home
We stayed with 7 adults and 1 toddler during our visit and it didn’t feel too crowded. The rooms are comfortable and 2 of them have bathrooms attached (plus there’s also a hall bathroom) which simplified things significantly. Everything was clean and modern, there was a full kitchen so we could save a lot on food costs, the host was communicative and had a very simple check-in and out proceedure, and the neighborhood felt reasonably safe and was convenient to many amenities. A big plus is it was VERY affordable, especially compared to having 3-4 hotel rooms! I think if it’s available next time we’re around there’s a good chance we’d choose to stay there again.

Gymnastics meet refuge
We had a gymnastics meet in Greenville. The location was an excellent location for us to stay. The beautiful house is in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood, but not far from anything. The yard is very ample and our dogs enjoyed it. Though it rained all weekend, we truly enjoyed the cozy comfort of the property.
