noisy felt unsafe

No elevator so you had to lug everything up stairs if on 2nd floor. First room ( street side) was very noisy and smelled. No other larger rooms available away from street so settled for a smaller room. 2nd room much quieter. In-room safes not functional in either room. Pool was listed as open but it was closed.

Everything was dirty. Breakfast was disappointing.

The most unique part of my stay was the staff and the friendliness of the owner. They were all welcoming and accommodating. It made me feel right at home. I have no complaints and would stay again!

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. It was quiet. The price is right.

1] After my orginal booking, need one more day so booking again... So I need soap & floor towel, worker wasnt at cart outside door, but heard in landry room (was on floor by office, great room). I said excuse me, door opened but lady with scowl on face (assumed to be mangement) stop regular worker from seeing what I want. told me shes making her rounds. Basically don't bother them. I when back to room, for a couple of hours. So, I use what I had to shower. Was no show... I seen cleaner as I was leaving out later and she took care of me. 2] Then I got up @ 6:30am for breakfast (bag meal) none there. Asked young guy at counter about meal. Said no meals 1st, then thought about it, came from around counter when in back food area... Came out and tossed it to me. Im 58yr old, not the greatest feeling having food tossed at me. Now looking back... Mangement scolding, Food being thrown, "No Mask Wore" by no one there, customwrs or workers (I was looked at strange for wearing my mask)... These alone cant recommend this hotel, and "with all the warnings on your site you may not want to either!"

Handicapped bar in tub was falling off the wall, screws were loose. Overall it was a good experience. Asked about restaurants, none in town. Desk clerk did not tell me, there were plenty about 10 miles away. Off the main road, so was quiet. Will return, if I am in the area.

The hotel was nice, the only issue I had was the water in the shower wouldn’t get hot. It wasn’t cold but it wasn’t hot either.

We arrived at the hotel after a long day. One of our rooms wasn't ready even though it was 3:15 and check in was at 2. There was no elevator which made it hard to get our stuff upstairs. Our non smoking room smelled like an ashtray and the whole hallway smelled like smoke. The employees weren't the friendliest. The walls were so thin that a baby in the next room woke me up repeatedly Because it was crying. Our bed spread had burn holes in it even though it was a non smoking room. The bathroom wasnt cleaned very well

I found way better deals online than this place that were 1000 times better.

The staff were nice, the location was good. The furnishings were adequate. The room was 80% clean. The paint job was sloppy and should have been finished under the sink. Just looked corrections would have fixed it. I had three bed bug bites when I left. There were a lot of slamming doors off and on at all hours. Small children running in the halls. You could hear other guests television sets and some conversations. The toilet sloped. Light shown around the door.

Dear Andrea Please accept my personal apologies for the inconvenience you have accord during your stay. If you go under hotel policy its says that this facility has no elevator and pool is close for the winter
