Wailea Beach Villas, A Destination Luxury Hotel

It is our 1st time to Maui and we are so happy with our accommodations in E102 of the Wailea Villas! It is clean, beautifully built & decorated, & ideal for our family of 6-sons, 24, 13, & 10, & daughter, 15. We have a 3 bedroom unit (& added a roll away) with a beautiful vegetation secluded lanai and small pool. Each bedroom has its own large closet and bathroom, & our room has an outdoor shower! The kitchen is well stocked. Coffee station has Hawaiian coffee, filters, tea, etc. Stopped at Safeway on our way from the airport for breakfast, drink, & snack items. Short walk to Wailea beach, beautiful path along the beach & resorts, Shops at Wailea, & pools with in the complex. Called the Tesla service for a ride to dinner at Gannon's one night which was a fun treat. Lisa was friendly and gave us lots of great tips upon check in. Kathy helped us with our anniversary night plan that turned out wonderful. We'll definitely return! Note that you can buy food and rentals from nearby Grand Wailea and Marriott (recommend Whale's Take & rental booth at the Marriott next door) but have to purchase a day pass to use their pools.

Not sure what else I can add to the existing reviews. This is a beautiful, five star experience that allows one the flexibility and space of condo living. If you don't need all the amenities of a hotel, I would recommend staying here. Much more space and privacy. Service was very attentive but unobtrusive. Nicole B (Villa rentals) and Happy (Concierge) were extremely helpful and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

This is the most amazing place I have stayed in my entire time of traveling. The units are amazing and the grounds are beyond description. Our unit had a little plunge pool and then you can go down the path to a no kids full size pool and hot tub. Beyond that is a private gate to the public beach that is shared with the Grand Wailea. Full kitchens and outdoor grills so you can hit the stores and cook or go out and enjoy yourselves. Wonderful staff happy to help and explain all the amenities. We met here for a family reunion and it will easily be remembered for the rest of our lives.

My wife and I came out here for our one year anniversary and babymoon. Although the entire hotel and staff were amazing, one person stood out the most to us on our adventure. Trevor (Manchester) is one of the servers at the pools and was impressive from day one! He was always on top of our orders without any mistakes or delays, and he has a great "poolside manner", which made us feel at ease talking to him. It is employees like him that cause this hotel as a whole to stand out more than most other resorts we have experienced. Please hire more people like him!

My daughter is getting married 16May17. We are staying at Wailea Beach Villas. This is the most AWESOME place to stay on Maui. Nestled between the Marriot and the Grand Wailea, Wailea Beach Villas is a calm, peaceful and serene environment for all who like the BEST that Maui can give. Definitely a must stay.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and so well located. The staff is continually manicuring the lawns and trees/shrubs. Pool area was wonderfully quiet and the beach area was convenient and well staffed. Our 3 bedroom unit was exceptional!

Pros: Spending $800 per night might sound crazy, but is actually great value to enjoy a $3 million 2000 sq ft beach front luxury home, especially when comparing with a $500 400 sq ft standard hotel room next door and considering the cost savings of meals; - personal advanced email contact and on-arrival greetings + orientation from the hotel director; Excellent valet parking and porter service on arrival - car and luggage moved in before we were in our room; + Well trained cleaning staff performed service exactly as instructed, did not disturb when the signage is up; + Grocery supplies nearby, one general store and one small market within 2 min walk at the Wailea Shops, and a full supermarket Foodland Kihei within 8 min drive. Cons: - Twin beds in second bedroom are okay but could be of better quality - Would have enjoyed the first night more if the thermalstat was programmed to our needs

This was fourth time we stayed at the Wailea Beach Villas, my wife and I have remarked several times this week that we wish we were back at the Wailea Beach Villas, so we are already looking forward to our fifth visit.

It's like a hotel (cleaning service/turndown/concierge) but with a homey feel (kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.). We stayed in C101 which was not only beautifully appointed but spotless. We loved our small private backyard and splash pool and were only a short walk, less than a block, from the adult pool and beach. The bell staff were happy to pick us up if we wanted to go to the shops/restaurant complex near the lobby and we had easy access to everything else on Maui. Just 10-12 minutes to the grocery store and fast food or fine dining. Perfect.

Stop looking for a place to stay and book here! We just returned from a stay at Wailea Beach Villas (WBV) and it was the best: a luxurious, beautiful place and terrific staff (Nicole at check-in was super). I did a lot of research on where to stay wanting to forgo a hotel this visit (previously we've stayed in Kaanapali and The Ritz Carlton Kapalua). I looked toward Wailea for ease to and from the airport and I had driven through the Wailea area on previous visits to Maui and liked that it was less congested. WBV are just stunning! I was concerned my teens might not be entertained enough here, but they loved it too and if you need a little action the beach walkway takes you to all the nearby hotels. The quality of the villas is that of a custom home with high-end finishes, spa-like bathrooms and very good linens and towels. Our favorite was opening the glass doors to the lanai and having an open-air family room. Plus no resort fee, parking fee, etc.
