It was a majical trip! The Four Season Resort Maui is the best! I highly recommende.

Great location, exelent staff, close to the beach. Three restaurants with very good food and great service plus there is a very nice menu on the lobby bar which is very nice with a great view over the hotel garden and the ocean. You can watch the beautiful sunset from the restaurants and lobby bar. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We asked for a late checkout because our flight was in the evening and we got a complementary checkout at 2pm and before we left we got a suite to change clothes and shower. Can't wait to get back there.

Incredible hotel. Friendly staff, great restaurants with stunning views, complimentary car service to nearby locations, excellent pools. Everything was an A+

The hotel staff was so kind and caring. They made you feel so special. The rooms were cleaned once a day and then asked if you need a freshen up later in the day. Water bottles were given to you if asked. There were plenty of stairs or a longggg ramp to get to the beach so it was tiring. Serenity pool is beautiful!! Main pool needs a bit of renovation in my opinion but still nice. Staff would pass around cold towels, fruits, ice pops, etc. throughout the day to keep you hydrated. The staff also provides a complimentary shuttle to the wailea area of you wish! I truly enjoyed me stay and would recommend staying here!

We very much enjoyed the hospitality here - it's definitely one of the best we've experienced! Upon arrival, we were greeted with leis (fresh orchid flower lei for me, a kukui nut lei for the hubby, and a seashell lei for our 4 year old) and a cold lavender towel for your face as well as fresh pineapple with delicious ginger mint lemonade. When we got inside our room, we noticed that they went all out with the amenities for our daughter (bath toys that spelled out her name, a stuffed friend (she got an octopus) with a note addressed to her, cookies, apple juice, drawing game, Cheerios, and even a tiny little bathrobe!!! We also liked that there was no resort fee. The parking/valet fee was very reasonable ($32 a night). Our room was cleaned twice a day - Definitely top 5 in my fav resorts - overall a great experience!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to spend our first week of marriage at the Four Seasons Maui. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us (especially asst mgr Wendy and Raymond). The facilities are first class, and the clientele is truly diverse. We saw several families and A LOT of young couples honeymooning (especially at the 'adults only' pool. The latter seemed clannish at times but as was expected during wedding season.

We had stayed at the four seasons 10 years ago and loved it and this trip was no difference. You can not bet the personal attention you get from the staff at four seasons. From the moment you drive up til the moment you leave you are catered to. All the restaurants are amazing!! The food, the service, the views are outstanding. We did leave to try the new Andaz hotel, and tho it's a totally different vibe being new and more contemporary, we will definitely be going back to the four seasons.

The staff was great at the restaurants and just awesome at the concierge, but the front desk staff was just ok. The property was beautiful, and that's really what makes the place what it is.

The hotel was great however, due to construction our electricity went out in the middle of the night and of course there was no ac!! we were awake at 3:00 a.m wondering why it was so hot? another day their phone lines were out so if you needed anything you had to take the elevator and walk to the front desk to get service.

Best decision we made was to stay here. Beautiful resort and superb service as would be expected from a Four Seasons resort. Worth every penny. Staff was excellent. Thank you.

nice grounds and beach. the rooms were great as well.

From the time you pull up until the moment you leave, there is nothing not incredible about this hotel. The views, the food, the beach, the staff, all grade A and then some.

A great hotel to stay at. The staff there was simply amazing, everyone was nice and accommodating. The view was to die for, not to mention the beach right at the footstep of the hotel. I'd recommend any one to stay at this hotel any other place is just that, a place, not a vacation.

It was an amazing trip. Nice hotel we had a great time

Incredible views, service 5 star. Would recommend doing the breakfast package. Loved it!! Cannot wait to return!
