This beautiful airy light-drenched loft apartment with full kitchen, dining and living room boasts water views from every window. It features 3 queen bedrooms (each with their own ensuite), an extra bathroom and essential amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, beach towels. There is no TV, because who needs TV when you have the boats and the wildlife of Mattituck Creek to watch out of each window. The walls are adorned with the owners art collection that features local North Fork artists. The apartment is located above The Old Mill Inn's iconic restaurant (that closes by 10pm), so you can pop down for dinner and cocktails on the deck when you don't fancy cooking yourself upstairs. Old Sound Vineyard wine can be chilling on ice for your arrival on request and the fridge can come stocked with locally-sourced essentials like eggs, butter, milk, sourdough, and organic fruit & vegetables. A guide of the owner's favorite things to do, including farm stands, wineries, beaches, and restaurants awaits. There is a no pet and a maximum of six persons policy. There is a four night minimum.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features 3 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a dishwasher, an oven, and a stovetop.
