今回、8月12日身内に不幸ごとがあり、その3週間前から.危険な状態が続いていたので、7月末にキャンセルをしました。しかし、私のキャンセルのし忘れだったホテルがあったみたいで、ご迷惑をかけました。別のホテルは、こちらの状態を聞いていただき、本当にかかった経費だけの請求でしたが、こちらのホテルは、宿泊予定だった翌日のしかも朝の7時過ぎに電話一本で無愛想に連絡があり、こちらの状態も確認せず、全額払とてほしいとのことでした。年配の責任者でしたが、サービス業とは思えない対応と心配りに欠ける責任者でした。全額振込みましたが。もう二度と予約はしないです。

うーん、難しい・・・。

妻と娘との旅行で利用させていただきました。 こちらの施設は、正直私たちのような家族旅行者向けでは無いですね。 真夏で暑いけどエアコンなし、窓を開けたくとも網戸もなしなので、大型の扇風機頼りでした。 もう少し清潔感のある施設であって欲しかったです。 温泉の泉質と朝食は良かったです。
