2 minute walk to Matsumoto Station! Super convenient. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and they provide travel items in the lobby if you need it. The only issue is that the shower curtain had mold. Otherwise the room was good.

The staff are very helpful and nice. The hotel is not new but functioning well, the location is convenient. However, the air conditioner/heating can’t be controlled by me. When the room is hot and I tried to open the window, there are many insects coming in, so I have to choose between hot and insects. That is the worst part.

快適でした

車で行ったので駐車場料金700円を支払いました。2階では何やらパーティーが開催されており夕方は賑やかな様子でした。大浴場がないのが少し残念ですがお部屋は広く快適に過ごせました。フロントの方達はみなさん気持ちの良い応対をされていました。駅のすぐ近くなので飲食店には困らないです。総じて満足のいくホテルでした。
