Feels amazing! Every dollar well spent! First if feels like home for an Asian when you had to remove your shoe the moment you step into the hotel. You can walk bare feet from your room to your lobby and even to have breakfast. Next, the breakfast spread is mad crazy good and value for money ITS A MUST! Remember to add the breakfast option hands down! Room is clean, toilet is great as well! Next, the public onsen for guest is also pretty chill! Would book this hotel again for sure!

The room was very clean and well-organized. Didn't have our room cleaned daily but did get daily towel change, which was very easily arranged. The onsen was great...quiet, clean, rarely crowded with both an indoor and outdoor tub.

Loved this location. Walkable to the train station with all the perks of a typical Onyado Nono accommodation. This location is perfectly maintained, the staff is friendly, and the food is exceptional. One of our favorite Dormy Inn experiences in all our travels. You won't regret staying here!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and convenient for exploring Matsumoto. One of the highlights is the onsen – clean, relaxing, and very enjoyable. Upon entering the hotel, you’re required to remove your shoes, which adds to the traditional Japanese atmosphere. The room itself was fine – clean and tidy – but unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Overall, a very good experience. I would rate the hotel 4 stars.

Close to stations, but a little far from the more historical district. Fine for walking and shopping, but didnt feel like walking 15-20 minutes each way for dinner in the cool part of toen.

Fantastic hotel - really pleasant interiors and spacious, well cleaned and maintained rooms. Very close to the station but still quiet. Great views of the surrounding mountains. Highly recommend!

loved it so much we actually booked same brand of hotel in the next town we visited. the onsen was so lovely, and open overnight which allowed me to relax while my partner took some calls (late night in Japan but working in business hrs US time zone). free washing machines were so nice. other treats (free coffee, tea, probiotic drinks, ice cream pops) added bonus. walkable from train station and the attractions we wanted to visit
