The beautiful holiday apartment "Olperer" with panoramic mountain view is located in the quiet Mühlbachl and is ideally situated to explore the area. The barrier-free ground floor apartment is furnished in a modern style and consists of a living/dining area with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a baby cot, a cot and a high chair. The apartment also features a garden shared with the house and a private, furnished and covered terrace with a barbecue. In addition, a ping pong table, a billiard table, a table football and a dartboard are available in the common room for your entertainment. In winter, there are several skiing areas in the immediate vicinity. A day trip to Innsbruck is also well worthwhile, it is only a 28-minute drive to the city (23 km). The nearby Ski areas are: "Bergel alm" 5 Km (small and family-owned), "Serler Bahnen" 10 Km. The "Serler Bahnen" has also got a Sommerrodelbahn/ Summer toboggan run.
A Ski bus is free of charge and departs 500m away from the property. On request, the homeowner may offer to drive guests to the Ski lifts directly but, this must be organized on-site and is not always available.
