Modern spacious rooms with stunning Alpine views and a Wellness Center

Relatively modern property, undergoing updates. Rooms are very clean, spacious with balconies overlooking the Alps. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Underground garage connected by elevator, but beware if you have a larger vehicle because of a tight 90degree turn. Restaurant on site, with a different 5-course menu every evening. If you go for the optional breakfast buffet, give yourself some time to take in the huge variety of foods being offered. Spa facilities are open to the guests. Indoor pool, steam rooms, sauna, water beds and available massage treatments made this an enjoyable stay for our family. Stubai area is one of the premier ski areas in the region, and a major hiking, biking and parasailing destination in Summer. We loved the Summer luge track 2 miles away. The 2 mile run is the longest in the Alps.

Enttäuschung beim Checkin

An der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser Luxus-Appartment (2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 voll ausgestatte Küche) besetzt ist und man uns hierfür zwei Einzelzimmer anbieten kann. Wir waren entsetzt, da wir 350 km mit kleinem Kind angereist sind. Nach langem hin und her, hat man uns ein Penthouse Zimmer angeboten. Es sah genau so aus wie das gebuchte Zimmer, hatte allerdings nur 1 Schlafzimmer, 2 Schlafsofas und einen kleinen Esstisch. Klar waren wir immer noch enttäuscht. Die Dame von der Rezeption hat Null Verständis gezeigt und Besucher freundlich kann man ihre Art nicht nennen. Später kamen wir mit einigen anderen Besuchern ins Gespräch und bei denen war es genau gleich. Die haben ihre gebuchten Zimmer auch nicht bekommen, mit den selben Ausreden. Nach diesen Gesprächen bezweifelte ich ob es solche Zimmer überhaupt gibt und es eine Masche von denen ist. Da geht's nicht mit rechten Dingen zu. Da kriegt man an Weihnachten die Aussage, ich kann ihnen das Geld zurückgeben. Waren kurz davor zurück zu fahren. Entschädigung haben wir keinerlei bekommen.
