Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Traveled 280 miles almost 5 hours to our booking at the old butchers cottage but never recieved any access information at all so were sat in the garden unable to access premises . attempted to contact the host via phone number on site /emails but went straight to a gift gaff mobile . spent almost 3 hours on the phone to hotels.com attempting to contact host but ended up having to find alternative accommodation as was now 8pm on a Sunday night and myself partner 2 children and elderly mother were shattered , luckily we found somewhere but had pay for that also and now need to chase hotels.com for a refund , avoid this holiday rental at all costs
