A great place to stay during your Vrindavan visit. Food was great Difficult to get to the hotel after 5.00 PM and staff offer no assistance at all. They say it’s half kilometer but ends up 1.5 km. This hotel is not suitable for westerners !!!! Period

I visited Krishna Boomi first time with my family members. From US, I booked Triptam Hotel using Expedia. Hotel is totally brand new, extremely clean, hotel Staff is very friendly. The best part is Mishri restaurant. Best food we had in Vrindavan. Overall had good experience. Location wise this hotel within 1.5 km from Prem Mandir, Iskon, and Braj Bhanke Bhihari temple.

During my recent stay at Triptam Hotel in Vrindavan, I had a mixed experience. While the property and overall environment were pleasant, I found that a couple of the male reception staff were not as helpful as expected and, on a few occasions, came across as somewhat rude. I believe improving the attitude and responsiveness at the reception would greatly enhance the guest experience. On a positive note, the security personnel were extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Mr. Chowdhury for his kindness and for sharing his business card. I would certainly consider visiting again, as I enjoyed my stay overall. However, I kindly request that attention be given to improving the reception staff’s service to make future visits even better.

This was an outstanding property with amazing service. There were a few issues in my room, but they came to the door right away and repaired them. The staff was friendly and helpful with advice for things needed in the area just stellar service hundred percent the rooms are spacious, luxurious, and beautiful. There is construction going on right across the alley, but there’s nothing they can do about that.
