The hotel was expensive for what it was. There was music from the restaurant until late and while I was glad that people were having a good time, I was needlessly awoken early by hotel staff.

Pleasant Stay

Mathura is a very small town. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. As it was off-season time, we got a free upgrade. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We were there for only a night.

Hotel is so so

we stayed three days with family. Hotel is not so great. there is issue with WIFI in room. Hotel is associated with a restaurant who provies good dosa.

One of Best Hotel and value for money in Mathura

We reahed early before check in times (hours) Mr.Pankaj on reception arranged for welcome drink a hot cup of tea and also gave us early check-in. Excellent breakfast (taste and varieties) Thanks to Expedia for good deal.

Very bad experience with the Hotel

I booked a luxury room with twin beds, for 2 adults 2 children 12,13 yrs. Got one small regular room with an extra bed for 1 child. There was no place for a second bed for the second child! No body knew about the booking which was confirmed by Hotel.com The only thing is that it is a new Hotel, so it was atleast clean, otherwise it is nothing like what the pictures show. Lift could not be used because of the stink caused by dead rats.

un hotel confortable et agréable.

C'est un petit hĂŽtel confortable et agrĂ©able. Les chambres sont belles, bien Ă©quipĂ©es et les meubles jolis. Une bouilloire Ă©lectrique permet de se faire du thĂ© et du cafĂ© (sachets fournis). La chambre Ă©tait propre et a Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©e chaque jour. Le petit dĂ©jeuner sous forme de buffet n'est peut-ĂȘtre pas l'idĂ©al pour un petit hĂŽtel et j'aurais prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© avoir le choix Ă  partir d'une carte (toasts par exemple). L'heure annoncĂ©e pour le dĂ©but du petit dĂ©jeuner est 6h30 mais le deuxiĂšme jour le buffet n'a Ă©tĂ© installĂ© qu'Ă  7h15 et j'ai dĂ» me contenter d'un thĂ© et de corn flakes pour Ă©viter de rater mon train. Les chambres sans fenĂȘtres sont calmes (pas de bruit extĂ©rieur en provenance des 2 rues entourant l'hĂŽtel. Un des rĂ©ceptionnistes n'Ă©tait pas trĂšs professionnel : alors que je lui demandais une chambre calme, il m'en a donnĂ© une sur la rue au dessus du gĂ©nĂ©rateur de l'hĂŽtel (ou du systĂšme de climatisation ?) qui faisait un bruit assourdissant mais son collĂšgue m'a procurĂ© une autre chambre suite Ă  ma demande. L'environnement est trĂšs moyen mais l'hĂŽtel se trouve sur l'axe entre Faizabad et Ayodhya, ce qui peut convenir Ă  certains clients. Globalement, une bonne expĂ©rience.

Je ne m'attendais pas Ă  un tel standing !

La chambre de luxe n'est pas comme souvent avec de piĂštre finition. Ici rien de tout celĂ . Lit hyper confortable certes mais sol en parquet d'une propretĂ© immaculĂ©e. La salle de bain de grand standing, sol en marbre et tout Ă©tait soigneusement assemblĂ©. Eau hyper chaude sans faillir. RĂ©ception neutre mais le " petit personnel " sans le prendre dans le sens pĂ©joratif, trĂšs souriant. Seul hic , le petit dĂ©jeuner qui n'est pas du tout Ă  la hauteur. TrĂšs peu de proposition. Il n' y avait que 2 sortes de crĂȘpes, du yaourt ( ici on dit curd ) et cafĂ© ou thĂ©. Rien d'autres. J'ai bĂ©nĂ©ficiĂ© d'une trĂšs belle offre d'Expedia. L' hĂŽtel bien situĂ© permet l'accĂšs aussi sites les plus intĂ©ressants mĂȘme Ă  pied ce que je fis.
