Séjour horrible

J'ai réservé une chambre avec wifi vue sur la ville et j'ai eu une chambre sans wifi avec vue sur l'arrière du bâtiment. Des clients à ma réception et à l'étage qui fument dans le bâtiment et prennent pocession de toute la place ne vous laissant aucune chute pour vous reposer. Ça ressemble plus à une maison familiale qui a un hôtel. Très sale que ce soit les escaliers les couloirs ou les chambres. J'ai eu le première nuit une chambre sale qui n'a pas été nettoyee depuis longtemps. Ensuite j'ai demandé qu9n me donne la chambre que j'ai réservé mais le personnel de l'hôtel s'en moque complètement îles à teint en train de rire et me disaient tout simple pas de chambre avec wifi. Ils étaient en sur-réservation. J'ai demandé à parler au superviseur qui m'a dit la première nuit sera remboursée et le lendemain j'ai demandé au réceptionniste de le contacter et il a raccroché dès que j'ai demandé à lui parler. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel surtout aux personnes voyageant seul. Quartier pas sécurisé du tout , vous sortez on vous regarde comme un morceau de évadé prêt à vous sauter dessus. L'hôtel n'est pas digne de ce nom très sale ainsi quun personnel pas du tout professionnel et n'hésitent pas à vous rire au nez si vous rencontrez une difficulté. A FUIRE ! !!!!
