Pousada Bellatrix — uma experiĂȘncia lamentĂĄvel.

Hospedar-se na Pousada Bellatrix foi, sem dĂșvida, uma das piores experiĂȘncias que jĂĄ vivenciamos. Para começar, nĂŁo houve sequer um processo de check-in adequado. A pousada nĂŁo possui recepção, o que jĂĄ causa insegurança e desconforto desde a chegada. O quarto que nos foi destinado exalava um cheiro extremamente desagradĂĄvel de mofo, misturado a produtos de limpeza fortes, o que acabou por desencadear uma crise asmĂĄtica em minha esposa. Tentamos contato de todas as formas com a pousada: e-mails ignorados, chamadas nĂŁo atendidas, um verdadeiro silĂȘncio do outro lado. A comunicação foi inexistente. TĂ­nhamos reserva para o feriado, de 1Âș a 4 de maio, mas sĂł conseguimos chegar na sexta-feira, dia 2, jĂĄ receosos com a situação. E para completar, no sĂĄbado de manhĂŁ, apĂłs um cafĂ© da manhĂŁ de qualidade sofrĂ­vel, decidimos que nĂŁo havia condiçÔes mĂ­nimas de permanecer no local. Pagar mais de R$ 600,00 por essa experiĂȘncia Ă© inaceitĂĄvel. A pousada ostenta uma nota 8.4, o que em nada condiz com a realidade. É inadmissĂ­vel que uma hospedagem com tamanhos problemas esteja listada em uma plataforma confiĂĄvel como a HotĂ©is.com. Solicitamos providĂȘncias urgentes: a retirada da Pousada Bellatrix do catĂĄlogo da plataforma e, no mĂ­nimo, o estorno de 50% das diĂĄrias pagas. Alerta aos viajantes: nĂŁo se hospedem lĂĄ!

Lugar horrível e sujo. HORRÍVEL!

Pior experiĂȘncia de nossas vidas. Ficamos hospedados na Pousada Bellatrix, em Mata de SĂŁo JoĂŁo, e foi a pior experiĂȘncia que jĂĄ tivemos com hospedagem. O local estava extremamente sujo, com quartos mal higienizados, sem toalhas, lençóis sujos, banheiros imundos e hidromassagem em pĂ©ssimo estado. A estrutura prometida nĂŁo condiz com a realidade: o quarto era minĂșsculo, sem TV, sem ĂĄgua quente e com energia cortada apĂłs queda de ĂĄrvore. O atendimento foi inexistente, nĂŁo havia recepção adequada, o restaurante nĂŁo entrega comida nos chalĂ©s e o cafĂ© da manhĂŁ era nojento – pratos sujos, comida ruim e desorganização total. Pagamos R$600,00 por diĂĄria e nĂŁo conseguimos permanecer atĂ© o fim da reserva, abandonando a estadia por falta de condiçÔes mĂ­nimas. Chegamos no quarto nĂŁo tinha toalhas, nem os lençóis haviam sido trocados. Banheiro nojento! É inadmissĂ­vel que a pousada esteja anunciada com nota 8.5 e 4 estrelas no HotĂ©is.com, sendo que nĂŁo merece nem meia estrela. Solicitamos que a pousada seja reavaliada ou retirada da plataforma para evitar que outros clientes passem pela mesma frustração. InaceitĂĄvel! Esse estabelecimento Ă© um engodo!!!! Uma vergonha! NĂŁo vĂŁo!!!!!

Descanso em meio a muito verde, natureza plena.

Pousada em chalĂ©s individuais simples, rĂșsticos mas aconchegantes, no meio da mata, local muito tranquilo, sĂł o barulho das aves. O acesso e por estrada pela mata uma pequena parte de terra. Para quem quer descansar, esse Ă© o lugar.

Pousada muito legal para casais e para familias, os quartos sĂŁo bem rĂșsticos mas muito charmosos. A estrutura do restaurante na beira da lagoa Ă© bem legal. O pessoal da pousada e do restaurante Ă© muito simpĂĄtico, atencioso e prestativo, proporcionam um Ăłtimo ambiente. A pousada Ă© um pouco longe de qualquer coisa, ideal Ă© ir de carro, mas fomos sem e Ă© possĂ­vel se locomover ou pedir delivery (farmacia, mercado) com algum esforço. Uber e taxi nĂŁo sĂŁo opçÔes, mas Ă© possĂ­vel combinar com motoristas particulares que atendem bem, mas por preços salgados.

Foi ótima! Local limpo, com uma vista espectacular. Somente no checkin que nosso quarto não estava pronto , pois ainda tinha hóspede no quarto. Faltou um pouco de organização da equipe da pousada. Mas fomos muito bem recebidos.

Tive a oportunidade ímpar em visitar a Ecopousada Bellatrix.....lugar de beleza indescritível.....daquela atmosfera da latente natureza, para vc relaxar e esquecer do mundo lå fora! Me surpreendi com toda atenção e acolhimento dos funcionårios. Recomendo muito viver esse lugar!
