Typical Languedoc house completely restored in 2011, very well appointed and very comfortably equipped, in a green setting. It is located in a quiet and peaceful corner of the village. Ideal for family or group of friends. 2 parking spaces.
4 bedrooms - 1 bedroom on ground floor, queen-size bed, with dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower, direct access to the garden, on the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 bunk beds) possible cot - 2nd bathroom with bathtub.
2 separate toilets, 1 on the ground floor with hand basin - 1 upstairs.
On the 1st floor a storage area for suitcases and luggage.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Mas-Grenier, en famille "élargie". Nous étions 9 (6 adultes et 3 enfants) et la maison était assez grande pour tout ce petit monde :) La climatisation, silencieuse et fonctionnelle, est super efficace, dans toutes les pièces et nous l'avons bien appréciée durant les jours de canicule !... La piscine, très propre et grande, a aussi été un vrai plus ! La communication avec les propriétaires, soucieux du bien-être de leurs hôtes, a été excellente. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Très bonnes vacances à Mas Grenier

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances à Mas Grenier. La maison est très agréable, la climatisation et la piscine sont de vrais atouts. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Le gîte est situé dans un village très calme, mais charmant. De jolis communes sont à visiter tout comme les belles villes de Montauban et Toulouse.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce gîte confortable et tout à fait adapté à nos deux familles. La clim silencieuse est vraiment appréciable en cas de forte chaleur et la piscine chauffée à 28° et sécurisée est parfaite pour les petits et les grands. La personne chargée de l'entretien de la piscine nous a gentiment donné de très bons conseils pour les visites. Bref à recommander

Vacaciones perfectas

La casa está en perfectas condiciones, lástima no haber podido disfrutar del jardín ya que el mal tiempo no nos lo permitio. Es un lugar perfecto para descansar, ya que es un lugar muy tranquilo, incluso demasiado porque al ser días festivos el bar no estaba abierto y por tanto no pudimos relacionarnos ni conocer a nadie del entorno.

La maison est impeccable mais située dans un village très calme.

Maison très propre, décorée avec soin, fidèle aux photos, piscine très bien adaptée aux enfants et très propre (6 et 9 ans), plancha super pratique, air conditionné dans la maison qui est bien utile pour rafraîchir les chambres avant d'aller dormir. La femme de ménage (qui fait également l'état des lieux à l'arrivée et au départ) est très sympathique. Le seul bémol, la maison est située dans un village trop calme à notre goût. Aucun commerce accessible à pied autre que la pharmacie et le Mas Café (propriétaires très sympathiques). Boulangerie fermée pour congés annuels lors de notre séjour, heureusement nous pouvions commander le pain au Mas Café. Il faut faire minimum 5 km pour trouver un peu d'animation, donc avec de jeunes enfants, il faut prendre la voiture automatiquement. Montauban et Toulouse sont à visiter. Il y a également une chouette base de loisirs à Saint-Sardos.

En famille au calme

La maison a été restaurée avec goût entre meubles anciens et modernité des équipements. Confort de la literie et suffisamment d'espace pour que l'on puisse partager des moments conviviaux ou s'isoler. La maison se trouve dans un petit village très calme près de l'église et d'une ancienne halle. La région est belle et beaucoup de jolis villages sont à visiter moyennant de la route. Installés sur les transats, on apprécie la belle image formée par le bleu de la piscine, le vert du jardin et le clocher de l'église. Et le soir, la plancha sur la terrasse réunit tout le monde. Nous n'avons pas rencontré la propriétaire mais tous nos échanges ont été rapides et aimables. La personne qui nous a reçu était à l'heure au rendez-vous, souriante et disponible tout au long du séjour. Un séjour au vert dans une confortable maison de famille !

Très bon séjour, la maison est très agréable. Le jardin aussi, avec une piscine au top. Nous avons tous apprécié cette semaine en famille dans cette maison.
