Worst stopover ever

Really poor room,toilet dirty,shower broke,no hand wash or shower gel in receptacles and next to no toilet paper.A group of about 8 people above us decided to have a party until 3am .worst stopover i have experienced and wont stay there again

Je suis arrivee probleme je n ai pas pu recuperer ma carte , jai du téléphoner au numero d urgence qui n a meme pas pris la peine de se deplacer. La couverture était tacher tache de gras , grosse tache blanche , brulure de cigarette, le verou de la porte etait caser je n ai pas pu verouiller la porte et donc je me suis faite reveiller par le personnel a 9h30 qui c est introduit dans la chambre hors que j etais nue !!! Je deconseille

Tout c'est bien passé. Seule bémol, la Salle de bain, manqué un petit coup de nettoyage...Le personnel est serviable et aimable. Pour le petit dej correct même si je n'ai pas pris tout ce qu'is proposé, ils ont été très sympa... Climatisation et chauffage impeccable, on a dormi comme des bébé. Un peu de bruit de l'extérieur mais dans l'ensemble ça a été. Aussi le porte, on n'arrivait pas à bien la fermé...mais ça été ! Très bien qualité prix !

Nous avons été un peu déçus par notre séjour. La chambre était annoncée comme climatisée, mais la climatisation était hors service. À la place, nous avions seulement un petit chauffage d’appoint qui ne suffisait pas à chauffer correctement la pièce, ce qui a rendu la nuit assez fraîche. Les couvertures fournies étaient également très légères ; cela n’aurait pas posé de problème avec une véritable clim, mais dans ces conditions, nous avons eu froid. La salle de bain présentait plusieurs éléments rouillés, et la douche, très étroite et peu pratique, était difficile à utiliser. Pour le prix, nous aurions pu l’accepter, mais l’ensemble donnait une impression d’usure. Le lit supérieur avait sa planche de fond fissurée à plusieurs endroits, ce qui n’a pas posé de problème pendant notre séjour, mais pourrait être un risque de sécurité potentiel. Enfin, nous avons été surpris que le petit déjeuner de notre fille de 9 ans soit facturé au tarif adulte. À part ces points, le séjour restait passable, mais mérite quelques améliorations. En revanche, nous tenons à souligner que le personnel était très gentil et agréable. Même si leur maîtrise du français n’était pas parfaite, ils ont toujours été souriants et serviables, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

La porte d'entrée ne fermait pas laissant passer la lumière et l'air. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Le rideau de douche étant sous-dimensionné, on innonde toute la salle de bain. Le diffuseur de savon était cassé. La VMC ne fonctionnait pas. L'ensemble de la chambre montre un état de vétusté avancé. Cet hotel aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation !

Nous avons eu une nuit horrible, la porte avait du etre forcé au paravent on voyait qu'elle etait pas droite avec un jour sur le haut, on entendait tous dehors comme s'ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre et toutes les voitures qui démarrait. Niveau confort du lit ont a eu tres mal au dos et cervicales au réveil tous les 2. Franchement on aurais mieux dormi dans la voiture sur une aire d'autoroute
