Avonmora has a very accessible waterfront, sitting on the Susquehanna River / Goodyear Lake waterway which is the longest river on the US eastern coast. For your enjoyment, there is a cozy fire pit by the water for relaxation and conversation with family and friends, and a multi-level deck/patio combination for outdoor dining and seating, and best of all, A HOT TUB OVERLOOKING THE WATER!

This 2,125 square foot home has a sunroom, living room, dining area and a game room in the basement complete with a foosball table and large flat screen TV! The flooring has been updated to hardwood and tile floors throughout. There are 7 TVs in this well appointed vacation home, including a 55" (or larger) flat screen in living room. Cable TV featuring most of your favorite channels, high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), central air-conditioning, and even a kayak are all provided for your enjoyment and comfort!

With 4-5 Bedrooms, this home sleeps 9-10 people comfortably, with 2 bedrooms on the first floor, both with a king size bed. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The 5th bedroom/den is on the first floor and has two twin beds. There are 5 Bathrooms - each king and queen bedroom has its own private bath - the 5th full bath with tub/shower combo is located off the main hallway for general use and for the guests in the twin bedroom. There are 2 on-site laundry facilities available for your convenience, on on the main floor and one in the game room on the lower level/basement.

I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.

Avonmora is a very serene waterfront location, located on a dead end street located in a residential lake community. Please respect local speed limits, noise ordinances and quiet hours.

There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

- Building security rules require a signed Renter Agreement, and the completion of our guest registration by all guests.
- A security/damage deposit hold will placed on your credit card in the amount of $500. In lieu of a credit card hold, you may pay cash at check-in.
