This immaculate waterfront cottage has a dock on 60' feet of private waterfront. There is a level grassy area all along the waterfront for outside dining and relaxing; this is a rarity here in the foothills where the hills often slope right to the water.

Ardeevin is a welcoming 2 bedroom / 2 bath home that will comfortably sleep 6. The main level features an enclosed sunroom with glass on 3 sides. The main level sunroom includes a seating area and a dining area. One bedroom and one bath are located on the main level. The lower level has another sun room with glass on 3 sides as well. The lower level sunroom has a daybed which has a twin bed and a trundle twin. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the lower level.
