Outside, the equipment includes a veranda and small patio with barbecue for barbecues and outdoor dinners. The whole is circumscribed by an ornamental hedge, fenced and closed by a gate with a key lock, immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub in total privacy 100 meters from the Ionian sea.
