I stayed at the property and was disappointed, staff were good but wow everything else was subpar. I was staying due to a family emergency. The hotel was booked with several hockey teams. If I would have known, I would have never booked. The dogs barking, kids screaming, and parents shouting at their kids was too much. Room was clean but couldn't take a shower as the drain didn't drain and just filled up the tub, there was no way I was getting in that mess.

Nice pool area where you could sit and watch your family swim. Pool side room doors are old but secure. The bathrooms could use some work.

Great for kids

Great pool area for kids as it has a fenced off pool! Hosted a birthday party and loved that the kids could only get in the pool area with an adult, plus we got a pool side room that was even more convenient. Very family friendly stay. Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, plus the free hotel breakfast was very good! This is by no means a luxury hotel, but they have done a good job with what they have available.

This an older building and the lobby and attached tavern were nice. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was pretty good. The room we stayed in was a different story. The bathroom ceiling had black mold and you could see where staff tried to clean mold in other areas of the bathroom ceiling. The ceiling had tape holding up the sheetrock where is was beginning to fail. The sink faucet handle has Crome that is being to peal off, the walls had areas that were split open from moisture.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean enough and pretty standard. An easy location to get to and convenient location to many of the events around town.

Very convenient to restaurants. The hotel restaurant was very good as well. One reason I chose this property was it had a hot tub. Well, the tub was out of order. Didn’t like that.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs, very service oriented. Brook at the front desk and George taking care of the breakfast area were both outstanding.

I stayed here 2 nights. It was really noisy. There were small stains on the comforter. The bathroom was less than desirable. I’m not sure if the ceiling paint was flecking off or if it was small bits of mold. I turned the water on to shower and it came out black. Some of the towels had little hairs all over them. It was pretty disgusting. The room was also really dark even with all of the lights on.
