Helpful and friendly

I had an appointment at a villa in the hills and needed an inexpensive place to spend the night not too far from the train station. I arrived late so needed special instructions to get in (code etc.). They were very helpful about all of that and for my return to the station I was given a shuttle ride free of charge. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Week end à La Ciotat

C'est la deuxième fois que nous résidons au St Estève. Le lieu est trés agréable et proche du centre ville. L'accueil est sympathique. Notre seule déception est d'avoir eu un lit placard au lieu d'un lit normal mais l'appartement est bien équipé et spacieux.

J'ai appelé la réception pour un retard tardif la dame a été très très gentille et claire dans ses explications. A notre arrivée tout était parfait! Le matin le petit dejeuner était très bien aussi du bon pain, des viennoiseries chaudes et un accueil parfait. Nous étions ravi de notre choix. Nous y retournerons très certainement!!! Merci à toute l équipe !
