We almost rated them 5 stars but unfortunately, on our last day. There were 2 female staff were very rude. One of them just had a go at my husband instead of talking nicely but she talked to us aggressively. The other female staff upon our check out we were confused with payment and deposit. With her broken English and our broken French, instead of trying to be patient with us she rolled her eyes and said something in French and stormed off. When she returned again you can tell from the look in her face that was not at all happy with us for being simply confused! We weren't even rude to her! She just made us never want to return ever again! The staff on our first two nights were so lovely though.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was pretty but needed a good clean. I thought the hotel was in the heart of La Ciotat but u fortunately it is in a random area and we were not near enough to anything to walk. Views not great and only a few free parking spaces.

Damn good breakfast. Room - clean and efficient.

Hotel room is clean and efficient. Easy access to highway and offices around. Corridor leading to room smelled a bit of cigarettes. The bed seemed a bit funny, but turned out to be very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit on the small side, but it's not too small and workable. The breakfast is a real winner, and has surprisingly rich selection, with fresh and wonderful baked goods. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, good stay on a budget.

It’s a nice minimalist style room, only lacking a bit of hanging space for towels and wet clothes, but otherwise fine. Extremely comfortable quality beds. Good breakfast for a fair price as well. However, the location is very remote with no dining or drinking options in walking distance.

Anthony is an exceptional host. The room was very nice. However, the bathroom fan did not work and we received several insect bites while sleeping. The good: Room was clean and free of smoke, pet and perfume odors. The breakfast was very good with sufficient separation of gluten foods from sans gluten.

Excellent value if booked in advance

I stay in this hotel frequently as it’s good in many ways . The rooms and beds are comfortable compared to some others I have stayed in locally on business . The only let down is the restaurant service . The staff have that knack of not seeing you ? I waited 15 minutes for a menu , got up and walked to the till and ordered , and the salad with a piece of grilled salmon eventually arrived 30 minutes later . It had to be sent back twice to be cooked through , No drinks were offered for ages , and nothin offered off the bill , until I suggested my coffee and dessert should be removed which was done with out hesitation. I think the restaurant staff on every visit have let the side down probably as there are Not enough waitresses . It changes as soon as the manager comes back in, Mopping the floor with bleach at the end of the night when you are still eating was not so good . It’s always popular and busy , The room rate varies by 100% or more if you forget to book in advance . Not a great location , but there is outside space. A pool , alfresco dining. The reception staff try hard and are very welcoming . The rooms are large for the price and fresh modern and spotless . My best rate was achieved by combining my flight and car hire with the hotel booking using EXPEDIA . To book all as a package . Easy to find just off the motorway . Good business hotel

Nice but a bit isolated

The room is a bit basic but ok. It is in a bit isolated position and if you do not have a car the taxi to reach the city center costs 20 Euro. The hotel's restaurant is ok. The breakfast is nice.
