We were 7 doctors who attended conference in Marrakech and stayed in villa Al assala for 6 nights. Villa al assala was the best place to stay after a busy day. The location was perfect away from busy city, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, i cannot thank enough Aissam, Najat and mostafa who were very helpful and kind they did their best to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was delicious with home made Moroccan pancakes. We also had dinner once, where we were served delicious soup and Moroccan chicken tagine. As a Moroccan leaving a broad I felt I am home, my friends who came to Morocco for the first time had a great time. Staying in villa al assala was a great choice. I will definitely come back with my family.
Great location, hard to find but the owner will arrange to pick you up from airport, We had laready booked airport transfer. Rooms high standard with the gardens and pool area stunning. Food was varied and a very good personal service.
Really nice place to stay if you want to relax away from the busy Medina in Marrakech. Mustopha, Aissam & Najaf looked after us so well and were always there when you needed them, nothing was too much trouble. The room we had was quite spacious and looked out over the lovely gardens that dominate this villa. Even though it was November the pool was warm enough to swim in & there were fresh towels..& sun hats laid out daily. The homemade cuisine was delicious , in particular the lamb Tagine. We stayed for 4 nights before heading into the medina for 3 nights and Christophe and his team made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Many thanks, we will return
A beautiful village with a very competent staff that is genuinely kind and friendly. The homemade cuisine was delicious and the setting is ideal for relaxation. The hammam was great. I will return to this fabulous villa!
What a relaxing stay. The staff were hospitable, the hotel quiet, no children running around. Meal times were when we wanted. With only 10 rooms, it seemed so private and the beautiful villa gardens within a wall / gated complex, made you feel safe. Great communication. Nothing was too much trouble for Villa Al Assala!
When you visit Marrakech and not want to stay in the Medina.. this is a great option. Its a small app. compelex (8 appartments). So when you don't like the mass all inclusive hotels this is an perfect option to stay. Beautiful pool, garden and nice helpfull staff thanks guys! :)
An amazing find. The Villa is stunning, set in amazing gardens, lovely pool and surroundings. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who genuinely seem to want to please you. Terrific home cooked food, and the perfect setting under the olive trees to eat it. The Hamman was excellent, and definitely worth trying. Will be returning one day very soon. A special thanks to Izim and all his team.
Had a lovely, relaxing stay here. Staff are really helpful, accommodating and always on hand! Was nice to be situated outside the city (20 minute taxi ride) as the Medina can be very hectic and stressful (we found) so it was nice to have our haven to come back to. Only problem we found was that taxis had to be booked through the hotel and were more expensive than normal taxis in the city but this is only an issue if you are on a budget. Food is also slightly more pricey than in town but still good value. Overall amazing hotel and pool and lovely staff.
One of the best places I ve ever been, and I ve been around a lot..., A luxurious villa in crowded and crazy and beautifull Marrakesh Everything is taken care of by the owners (a lovely french couple) The service is perfect, the rooms (just a few 8 or 10) nice, big, clean, well decorated. The food, made under command is flawless Nice and big pool, beautifull garden , few selected and silent guests, is llan experience similar to have your own villa at the "palmeraie" in Marrakesh Everything is easy for the guests, transportation, tours etc "The" place to be! And very reasonable price too! Loved it, would definitively be back!
Lovely and calm hotel, amazing people. They were so helpfull. This was our first trip to Morocco for a wedding. They helped us for everything, from rest bookings to car services. If you are looking for a good value good price, with a nice pool, helpfull you should try Villa Al Assala :)
