Nous sommes un groupe de Canadiens de 8 personnes.Lors de notre recherche, trois critères essentiels avaient motivé notre choix :la présence de quatre chambres,une localisation à moins de dix minutes de Marrakech,une piscine chauffée et utilisable toute l’année.À notre arrivée le premier soir, nous avons effectivement constaté la présence de quatre chambres. Toutefois, l’une d’entre elles est située au sous-sol et accessible par l’arrière de la villa. Cette configuration ne constituant pas un problème en soi, elle aurait néanmoins mérité d’être précisée dans l’annonce.En revanche, la localisation réelle de la villa ne correspond pas à la description figurant dans votre annonce. Celle-ci indiquait une situation dans le quartier de Mechouar-Kasbah, à environ huit minutes en voiture de la place Jemaa el-Fnaa, sept minutes à pied du centre commercial Al Mazar Mall, et dix minutes de l’aéroport.Or, la villa se situe en réalité bien plus au sud, dans une zone accessible par une route secondaire, et à environ quarante-deux minutes de la place Jemaa el-Fnaa en conditions de circulation fluide. Cette différence de localisation a été source d’une grande déception dès notre arrivée, notamment pour les membres du groupe ayant rejoint la villa directement depuis l’aéroport en taxi, qui ont rapidement constaté l’écart significatif entre la localisation annoncée et la réalité.Le lendemain matin, le 31 décembre, nous avons dû retourner en ville afin de louer des véhicules, compte ten
