Lovely staff. Fadi was super-helpful. Riad is very central but it’s easy to get lost in the Medina, especially at night when the souk is closed and all the alleyways look the same! Unbearable smell from the bathroom in Room 6 … avoid!

The rooms were adequate and staff were excellent. Breakfast and dinner were very good. We had 2 issues: our train station pickup was 50 minutes late and one of our rooms had a terrible sewage smell. With bathroom door closed and wet towels on floor for insulation the room was barely tolerable and we were moved after one night. Other rooms were fine. Avoid room 6!
From the start, they were warm and welcoming, making you feel at home. They helped arrange any tours you wanted and were super helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, and the homemade dinners were some of the best I had in Marrakech. The location is central in the markets, and they made sure you felt safe and guided. Rooms were comfortable, not fancy, and the rooftop breakfast spot was beautiful.
Overall, a fantastic stay!
Amazing stay, the personnel is really friendly and helpful. Loved it.

Place was decent but outdated. You get what u pay for...the manager is good at getting every penny from customers. taxi from airport is $10..,he will ask for 20 ueros, he can tell customers to be dropped off at dar maho and then have his assistant pick u up. Another thing...dinner at this riad is 25 ueros...anywhere elsewhere is like 15 ueros...i felt robbed and wont stay there again. his assistant was really good.showed me marrekesh and i had to force him to take a tip..if u r on a burget stay here, book all ur trips not with him becos his rates r high and if u have to pay him, they accept credit card...he had me believe he only accepted cash...sooo awful. Place is in tthe old medina.
Simple, friendly and well located Riad about 10 walk through the network of small streets of the oldest Medina of Marrakech. Fahd and his team were extremely friendly, respectful and did everything they could to make the 4 of us feel welcomed and comfortable. Great home cooked breakfast. They helped us organize transportation a few days before our arrival from the airport and to our next destination. Definitely recommend.
The riad is tucked within the alleyways of the Medina, close to all the shopping action and walking distance from the square. The rooms were spacious and clean (there was one issue, but it was taken care of promptly), but what sets the hotel apart is the service. Fahd was able to organize an airport transfer for me in the middle of the night and organize transfers to and from a conference outside the city multiple days in a row. He even was able to bring me something that I had forgotten at the hotel promptly. The breakfast and dinner were also outstanding and truly home cooked, better than most of the restaurants we had tried. Make sure you get in touch with Fahd on WhatsApp before arriving at the hotel, and you'll have a great experience.
Great place to stay in the Medina. Truly a unique experience. The staff was amazing. Faid was there any hour of the day or night to assist u. He even walked us to out taxi at 3am.
The property was cleaned, staff were all very cooperative and quite helpful. When my flight got delayed, i messaged and the response was very quick, has amazed me. Staff are very well organized and found helpful thru out. The breakfast was excellent.
Lovely riad close to the center of all the excitement in Marrakech medina but still quiet because it is off a side street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They walked us from the medina gate to the Riad the first day and showed us how to get around the medina. Breakfast was on the terrace and we could even order dinner in the riad if we wanted to.
Amazing daily breakfast on rooftop terrace. Personal service by staff. Fahid, Zouhier and Zainub were excellent!!!! In addition, great recommendations on things to do and day excursions in and around Marrakech. Stayed 6 nights and we loved it!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Riad La Bigarade. We were able to have transport arranged to and from the airport. The breakfast was delicious. The location of the Riad is great as you are readily able to walk into the souk for shopping and eating and are able to walk to most sites you will want to visit while in Marrakesh. Despite the centrality of the location, the rooms were very peaceful and quite. We were able to come and go flexibly throughout our stay. Additionally, laundry services were available.
Staying in a Riad is the most authentic and exciting way to stay in Marrakech, putting you right in the heart of the souks and old city, walking distance from all the main local attractions. They are unique and beautiful settings allowing you privacy and serene escape in a bustling city. What really made the experience at Road Bigarode though were the staff. Zuzu and Fahd who were more than friendly and welcoming, giving safe advice and help from printing boarding tickets, to sorting local Sims to allowing you to message them on WhatsApp. They were easy to talk to, make great tea and a beautiful breakfast which welcomes local birds in the morning.
