Overall, the apartment was fine for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. A sofa bed would be a beneficial addition as the sofas are quite narrow. There are shops and restaurants close by for anything you need. The noise from nearby building works i imagine would be annoying for most, but it cant be helped and my friend and i were up before it started. The apartment could use a face lift, but thats puely cosmetic. The only downside was lack of a sofa bed in the salon. Private terrace is a great size and we managed to even get a bit of sun on the roof pool terrace. Adil was very friendly and made sure we knew where everything was before he left. Overall, 4 stars.

"This appartment is well located for the amenities of Gueliz and is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The building looks older than the 2010 stated but is clean and has a lift and 24 hour security. The position of the appartment within the building is however poor in terms of the view and outlook. After a long journey I was very disspointed to find no towels in spite of these being stated as included and I had to buy one the next day.If all you want is a place to sleep then this is ok. Be aware that there is very little by way of furnishings - for example no hanging rails or clothes hangers for clothes and no kettle.The one small saucepan was rusty. The key holder Adil and his wife are very friendly, efficient and punctual."

Notre séjour a été globalement correct avec une arrivée agréable par votre salarié.Ensuite, je souhaite porter à votre connaissance les différence entre l'annonce et ce que nous avons trouvé.Globalement le descriptif est similaire sauf une baignoire présentée alors qu'il s'agit d'une douche à l'italienne, moi qui adore les bains j'ai été quelques peu déçue...Ensuite, la piscine est bien présente sauf qu'elle est plus dégradée que sur les photos le carrelage qui se décolle, les pigeons et leurs plumes dans le piscine à notre arrivée... il y a mieux au niveau voisin de piscine.Pour continuer, la climatisation est bien fonctionnelle cependant dans la chambre, la climatisation semble ne pas aller correctement vue la différence de température entre la pièce de vie et la chambre, et avec une baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas correctement. Cela engendre une augmentation de la température de la chambre.Pour terminer, les travaux sur l'immeuble d'en face, qui sont indépendants de votre volonté, je vous le concède, mais cela n'aide pas à profiter de la terrasse entre le marteau piqueur et le bruit de la grue en cours de fonctionnement et cela jusque tard en fin de journée.

Du positif et du negatif

Nous avons été accueilli par Adil. Personne très accueillante, il nous a présenter l’appartement avec suffisamment de détails. Il nous également donné quelques conseil pour notre 1ier séjour au Maroc, c’est appréciable. Par rapport à la communication, on n’obtiens pas toujours de réponses mais c’est globalement bien.Pour la précision de l’annonce, il est indiqué 2 chambres comme dans beaucoup d’annonce de logement à Marrakech, et suite à ma réservation, le loueur m’a ecrit pour vérifier que j’avais bien compris. Il était indiqué qu’on pouvait venir à la piscine du riad du propriétaire et ce n’est plus d’actualité. Par contre les photos ne sont pas à jour (mobilier notamment).Le mobilier extérieur n’est pas d’une grande qualité. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont en petit nombre et en mauvais état, il y a un four mais pas de plats pour le four et la cuisine n’est pas complètement propre.La surface du logement est bonne, la literie est bonne également, les enfants ont bien dormi sur la canapé (nous vons déplacé 2 éléments dans la chambre pour plus de practicité). La terrasse est agréable. Le logement pourrait être très bien en corrigeant ces éléments negatifs car il est bien placé, beau mais manque d'équipements, de propreté et d’un rafraîchissement. En tout cas une bon séjour à Marrakech.

Séjour décevant

A notre arrivée personne pour nous accueillir, le gardien de l’immeuble tente de joindre la personne en charge de cela qui nous dit que les propriétaires de l’appartement ne l’a prévenu de notre arrivée seulement 30 min. Alors que nous avions réservé au moins 3 semaines/1 mois avant. La propreté laisse carrément à désirer, traces de doigts partout sur les meubles de la cuisine, salle de bains douteuse, meubles vétustes et j’en passe. Notre séjour nous laissera comme seuls bons souvenirs la gentillesse d’Adil (personne se chargeant de l’accueil) et son accueil chaleureux malgré la situation ainsi que celle du gardien de l’immeuble. Les propriétaires sont uniquement là pour encaisser sans se soucier du séjour de leurs clients.

L'intitulé ne correspond pas au service rendu

La photo du salon est attirante, le reste est mensonger. Nous avons apprécié le parking privé, la piscine, les espaces collectifs sont irréprochables. Mais pour ce qui concerne l'appartement, ni le luxe, ni le calme, ni le raffinement ne sont au rendez-vous. Nous étions deux pour une semaine nous avons eu deux serviettes de bains. Dans la salle de bains, la trigle du rideau de douche est tombée dès qu'on l'a touchée, la châsse d'eau est défectueuse, des plaque de carrelages sont à moitié arrachées au- dessus de la baignoire, les moulures couvertes de poussière, le rideau de douche d'une propreté douteuse. La terrasse est poussiéreuse. Le chauffe-eau à peine suffisant.L'appartement est prévu pour 5 mais nous n'avions que 5 ou 6 assiettes et 4 ou 5 fourchettes dépareillées, une seule casserole, pas de nappe, pas de torchons, 4 ou 5 petits verres. Il est annoncé un lave-vaisselle, il n'y en a pas, un grille-pain, il n'y en a pas, plusieurs ampoules sont grillées ( terrasse, salon notamment), les ampoules sont des basse-consommation, à nu, sans abat-jour.Pour le calme, nous avons pardonné quelques nuisances dues aux voisins du dessus, mais c'est du rdc que le tapage nocturne est venu, et cela, hélas, les propriétaire n'y peuvent rien. Pour conclure, l'appartement a du potentiel mais il est négligé. Les vacanciers seraient certainement prêts à payer plus cher si les services et la qualité annoncés étaient réels.

Revoir l'intitulé de l'annonce

Disons-le d’emblée, le rapport qualité/prix est correct, nous n’avons pas choisi cet appartement par rapport à son prix, mais par l’intitulé accrocheur de l’annonce : « Calme, Luxe et raffinement », « Terrasses de Guéliz, vue imprenable ». Le quartier est proche des commerces, assez éloigné du boulevard principal pour ne pas trop subir les bruits de circulation. De la terrasse de la piscine du 5 ème étage, agréable et eau claire, l’horizon est masqué de tous les côtés par les appartements des autres immeubles qui la cernent de près, la vue n’est pas aussi« imprenable ». L’appartement se situe au 1er étage d’un immeuble de bon standing datant de 2010 avec des fissures naissantes. Il est suffisamment grand pour un couple sans ou avec un enfant. Il est bien entouré par les murs proches du voisinage, de ce fait, le balcon est ombragé, ce qui peut s’avérer utile par grande chaleur. Le séjour est assez éclairé. Les appartements sont mal isolés phoniquement, les conversations de voisinage et de couloir s’entendent ; en ce mois de mars, l’immeuble est peu fréquenté, aussi nous n’avons pas été trop dérangés. Quant à la notion subjective de « Luxe », de nombreux défauts (surtout d’entretien) : des réparations de fuite de la baignoire avec un marbremal replacé, la pomme de la douche qui ne tient pas dans son support, des peintures qui débordent sur l’interrupteur et le marbre, des fissures apparentes, l’aérateur de la salle de bains encrassé. Le volet de la chambre bloqué-fermé, la laisse en complète obscurité ; ce problème déjà signalé dans des avis précédents. Adil nous a affirmé que le blocage était volontaire, à cause des risques d’effraction ; vraiment difficile à croire, la panne n’est pas récente d’autant que la chambre donne sur le balcon, tout comme le séjour, qui lui n’est pas bloqué. Les fenêtres du balcon qui ne se verrouillent pas. Les lampes du séjour HS non remplacées. Concernant la cuisine, emportez des torchons, et filtres à café. Deux poêles sont inutilisables et à changer, une casserole en plus serait utile. Les vitres du séjour laissent des grandes traces de salissure avec la réverbération du soleil, signe d’un nettoyage rapide.La literie était propre, non repassée. Bref un appartement qui mériterait d’être mieux entretenu. Une correction de ces défauts permettrait sans doute une notation à 5 étoiles, avec des qualificatifs plus réalistes dans l’annonce et éviterait une dégradation trop rapide.

Parfait !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé à Guéliz. L'endroit correspond tout à fait à ce que nous cherchions. Tout est à proximité !! À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par le concierge Adil qui a été très gentil et à notre écoute. L'appartement est très jolie, bien décoré et surtout très propre ! Nos enfants ont pu profiter de la belle petite piscine. Ils étaient ravis !! Par contre, nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la cafetière ainsi que la bouilloire Malgré le changement de prise. À part cela, il n'y a rien a reprocher !! Marrakech est une ville magnifique !!! Nous espérons revenir l'été prochain !!

Nous avons passé deux semaines de détente absolue dans un très joli appartement , bien équipé , avec une agréable terrasse . Nous nous sommes très vite sentis chez nous et avons été impressionnés des équipements notamment un lit pour tout-petit et deux poussettes à disposition dont une pour 3mois/3ans ce qui est rare . Nous étions en amoureux et avons profité de Marrakech avec délice . Le propriétaire est charmant et à l'écoute et les gardiens de la résidence discrets , courtois et serviables . La piscine en terrasse est très agréable , peu fréquentée ; nous en avons profité comme si elle nous était réservée . Séjour parfait .

Appartement conforme aux photos, localisation parfaite, immeuble calme et sécurisé

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Salim (que je n'ai pas rencontré), j'ai été accueillie par Adil, un accueil un peu froid et avec beaucoup de remontrances, je ne savais pas qu'une femme seule en voyage au maroc aurait autant de mal a prendre un appartement sans que cela ne soit suspect... Bon je l'ai su a mes depends. Cela n'enleve pas le fait que j'ai passé un agreable sejour dans cet appartement. Les photos sont tres fidèles, le conford y est, la sécurité y est, le calme y est, la gentillesse des concierges et même des gardiens du quartier m'ont beaucoup touché. Une magnifique terrasse que j'ai rarement utilisé parceque je n'avais pas le droit de recevoir des amis, ni la cuisine non plus... Belle petite piscine sur la terrasse du 5e etage avec une belle vue sur Marrakech. Je conseille cet appartement plutot pour une famille ou un couple... les filles seules si vous venez pour faire la fete avec des amis sur place je vous deconseille. Parfait sejour et merci a Adil qui est venu pour ma sortie de l'appartement et qui a été fort sympa en m'aidant avec les baggages... ce fut très sympa par rapport a mon arrivée.

buen apartamento

Situado en una calle tranquila y muy vigilada ya que tiene el colegio americano y la sinagoga al lado. Es de agradecer el parking privado. Esta completamente equipado. Tiene una pequeña piscina arriba que ayuda en las horas de calor. Sin duda volveríamos.
