Très belle hôtel chambre très propre personnel de très souriant et serviable cependant certains équipements comme la télévision ou encore le frigo ne fonctionne pas malgré notre relance auprès de la réception. Et enfin très déçu des taxes imaginaire de chambre de près de 90€ par nuit et un petit déjeuner à payer alors que l’on nous dit à l’arrive Que le petit déjeuner n’est pas accessible.

Un hôtel à fort potentiel qui malheureusement n’est pas à la hauteur des standards de service exigés. Une remise en état des lieux est plus que nécessaire ainsi qu’une formation du staff obligatoire. Chambre spacieuse mais deco vieillissante. Espace extérieur agréable. Point positif la faible fréquentation de l’hôtel qui permet de disposer des piscines seul. Directrice à l’écoute mais staff inexistant.

Don’t go!!!!

Hotel vetuste, nous avons été logé en chambre 411 où des notre arrivée, les premiers problèmes ont commencé à surgir: - Chasse des toilettes ne marche pas, - Literie vieillisante et lit très petit, - Cables électriques apparants, - Serviettes de bain insuffisantes, Mais surtout nous avons du passer une nuit blanche a cause d’une clim centrale très bruyante et dont le ventilateur fonctionnait toute la nuit et générait le bruit d’un vrai hangar industriel, pourtant ni moi ni mon épouse n’avons le sommeil léger. Nous avons demandé à être relogé, ce qui a été refusé, demandé a parler a quelqu’un de la direction, qui n’a pas souhaité ns recevoir. On nous à meme dit que c’était un jour férié et que la direction n’était pas joignable. Au bout de la 2e nuit et sans résoudre le problème, la seule solution proposée à 20H par la réception était de quitter l’hotel et de faire une réclamation a Expedia. Quel dommage d’en venir a un niveau d’accueil aussi bat et surtout irresponsable de mettre en vente des chambres d’un equipment tellement vétuste. Je ne reviendrai jamais !!!

PERFECT HOTEL

Ik heb volop genoten van mijn verblijf in het Murano Resort. Ze waren heel erg vriendelijke service en klantgericht. ik zelf beheerst de Franse taal niet maar er was altijd wel iemand die mij in het Engels kon assisteren. Ze werken samen met een private/taxi bedrijf die voor goedkoop je overal naartoe brengen. Ik zou Murano Resort aan iedereen aanbevelen. Ze waren begripvol en geduldig.

Precioso entorno, pero la habitación deja que desear. No hay mesilllas de noche. Muy poca luz. Baño muy pequeño, habitación rara con la cama nada más entrar. El personal muy agradable. El hotel necesita una reforma urgente. Los accesos imposibles. Un camino de tierra muy bacheado. Sin señalizar. Imposible de encontrar si GPS. Muy lejos de la,ciudad. Necesitas coche para todo.

Resort in beautiful setting

I wanted a few days in the sun - and got exactly that. The hotel is in the Palmeraie (huge palm grove) outside Marrakech itself. A shuttle can be ordered easily from the hotel. The food in the hotel was very good and the breakfasts were excellent. I'm happy to recommend the Murano Resort.

Hotel situé dans la Palmeraie, un peu en retrait du centre donc voiture de location obligatoire pour toute sortie extérieur. Pas beaucoup de monde en cette période, tant mieux, nous avons pu apprécier en journée le silence, la beauté du cadre, des très beaux jardins et la gentillesse du personnel de la piscine. Nous avons été loge tout au bout de l'hôtel dans des chambres sans grand luxe mais mignonnette, bonne literie, propre avec nécessaire de toilette inclus, malheureusement des chiens ont aboyés toutes les nuits ne nous laissant dormir et mettant nos nerfs à rude épreuve. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception qui nous à informé être au courant mais ce ou ces chiens étant extérieur à l'hôtel... Malika, adorable réceptionniste, en bonne professionnel nous a offert le petit déjeune en compensation.

Un vrai coup de cœur pour ce petit paradis !

Je rentre enchantée de ma semaine passée à Marrakech à l'hôtel Murano. J'ai trouvé tout ce que je cherchais : la tranquillité, un parc arboré très bien entretenu, 4 piscines, une magnifique architecture et un personnel aux petits soins. Je recommande les yeux fermés cet établissement et je compte bien y retourner dès que possible.

Une belle découverte

Très bel hôtel pour passer un séjour en famille.Le site est magnifique, au milieu de la palmeraie. Beaucoup de verdure, une végétation exceptionnelle! Nous y étions avec deux enfants en bas âge et c'était l'endroit idéal car ils avaient beaucoup d'espace pour se dépenser en plus de l'aire de jeux qui leur est dédiée. Les chambres sont confortables, le seul bémol était la propreté et l'aménagement de la salle de bain. Il y a trois piscines en plus de la piscine central ce qui est très agréable, on peut s'y retrouver seul car l'hotel ne compte qu'une vingtaine de chambres. Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible.L'endroit dégage une certaine magie et on y retournera sans hésiter.
