We stayed downtown, but on the advice of a friend, paid for day pass (approx 39 euros) which entitles you to the pool/sunbed plus lunch. On a 41 degree day money well spent. The staff were super and the lunch one of the best of the whole holiday! Fabulous value in a relaxed setting. Would go back.
I wouldn't recommend this place for a work trip - no desk in the room and lighting is not great. But a great place to stay for pleasure. Good hot water and water pressure and continuous, free wifi. The room was comfortable and very cool (didn't even use AC). The floor was a lovely brick herringbone pattern - but no rugs, so bring slippers. Breakfast was tasty but the coffee was not great, likely came from a powder. Apart from the main pool there are 3 others! There is grass and lovely trees and bushes all over the grounds. They also offer day passes if you are looking to beat the heat for a day.
Despite the effort of the workers, it's still a kind of a bossy hotel. It's far from Marrakech (€ 15 per trip) and I don't think renting a car will solve the problem, unless you are willing to drive around. The hotel is nice, despite I had to pay my respects to the cockroach every night for the last five nights. Or it was streching it's back. Regarding the managers, especially Christophe, either he doesn't know were he is or the willing to interact with guests is volatile. As the title says, when the manager doesn't make an effort, well, somethings could go very wrong. Median pools (1+3) and be aware: if you want to try the shisha you've got to pay cash on the spot. And no previous advise. No credit allowed. They only have the breakfast option and if you choose not to leave the hotel (not a resort) you'll find the same menu day after day. By the way, the Chef is pretty good. For breakfast don't expect much. A shame not to take advantage of the site. Five meters in front of this hotel is the "two towers" from what I've heard it's much better. More expensive though.
Oh my god!!!! i would definitely recommend it My friends and i went on a Sunday for a day at the pool + Brunch, even if the hotel was hard to find; it was worth it excellent service very friendly staff and the food was very fresh and delicious well selected by the chef Stephan Mougeot.
So it's a bit out of the way abit 20 mins from the centre. Well worth the journey. Taxi is around 100-150 dirhams one way. To use the pool it's 200 dirhams (roughly £15) each and you get towels. They have 3 pools that we saw but the picture attached is my favourite. The staff are friendly and tentative. The food and drinks are pretty cheap. Definitely recommend going there x
I would happily recommend this hotel to all travelers. It is one of the trendiest resorts in Marrakech. It's 15 minutes away from town in a very serene location. The food was good and the breakfast is delightful. The garden is very well maintained. Loved the pool area. The room is beautiful and large. The service really cares about their guests and are very attentive. It's a great hotel in Marrakech.
I stayed in this hotel for 1 week and I just can confirm the others positive reviews, the rooms are well decorated with taste, spatious and the bed is amazing! The swimming pool is very nice as well, very quite, perfect to relax. The restaurant offer excellent food, with the French Chef that always comes to check himself if everything is ok. The staff hotel is perfect and very professional. Special thanks to the Director Sophie Soliveres and Christophe Aigrisse that made my stay just perfect. I stayed in many hotels and I place this one on my top 3.
This truly is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and grand. The grounds are stunningly kept. We were really pleased with our decision to stay at this resort- given it's 15-20 mins taxi to medina, approx 100MAD (£6-7) it wasn't an issue for us at all. I could only suggest they improve the breakfast- their menu states omelettes are offered an yet when I asked on the 3rd day, was advised this is an additional charge (doesn't state that anywhere, and haven't we paid for bed & breakfast rate??), so really only bread, pastries and a a few meagre slices of fruit are presented to you. Alas, would happily recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Morocco. Hope to be back again next year.
I was rebooked for two knights as apparently my other hotel was overbooked after confirmation. As this was a business trip, it was a bit further away from the congress center. Still, personal where friendly, food and service where good. My car it is 20 minutes away from city center and some taxi drivers got lost. It looks a bit a run down, but not as so much that one would say no. I had a lovely and if I want peace and quietness I could think about staying here again. Wifi everywhere and free. european 4 star hotel should take a note of that,
We have just returned from a stay at this hotel. It is situated out of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and is a real oasis to relax in. We were upgraded to a superior room and it was huge with a lovely balcony looking out over the gardens. The staff were wonderful and could not have been more helpful. To reach the attractions you do need a taxi and the firm used by the hotel, Babilonne Tours, and in particular Youssef, were excellent providing reliable and interesting excursions. He was always only a few minutes away, and, as we are over 65s, this was very reassuring. We booked a day trip to the Atlas Mountains with the same firm and this was really worth experiencing. On the whole this was a really amazing holiday.
